Fridge smelled bad and did not work. The room was slightly dirty. Parking was annoying.

Location, restaurant, quiet, huge room with full kitchen - unlike anywhere else I’ve stayed! So comfortable Nothing! It was 96 degrees outside though!

When I call the hotel they don’t answer for me anymore

Good service -pool nice-highly recommended this hotel.

My room and all other areas were very clean. The kitchnette was a plus. The bed was very comfortable. My only complaint is that the shower was not very forceful & the tub drain was slow. Overall, I was satisfied with the property.

Our keys kept getting deactivated so we made multiple trip to the front desk fir new keys. One of staff on the holiday Inn side seem to have an attitude all the time. Candlewood staff was nice. I called down for a crib and they never called me back. No free breakfast included in stay.

It was clean and appealing to the eye. Someone unlocked our room and kept trying to come in, in the morning. Some of the front desk staff had an attitude and looked like they hate their job. Not very friendly.

Location was good but the receptionist was unmotivated and hard to understand. The hotel seems a bit dirty . The room was small but the bed was comfortable.

I booked a handicap room for a reason and they gave that room away, the refrigerator did not work in my room. The freezer had all kinds of frozen ice up to it. You couldn’t even open it. They did not clean room to expectation.

Overall good experience, reception was okay level, they can still improve and can be a bit more friendly. Location etc. are good

Thought it was very strange that I was staying at a Candle wood suites, but had to check in at the Holiday Inn front desk.

The bathroom was still not properly cleaned. This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed and had to report this. The hot tub stopped working and that was the reason i booked this hotel.

Everything was great. It was new.

The kitchen was nice to have, unfortunately the fridge didn’t work though. There were parties all night long until 7am, involving loud arguments, breaking items, slamming doors and blaring music. I called the front desk and was told by “Alena” (spelling?) that I needed to handle it myself and could call the police but she wasn’t going to do that. (Guest safety and hospitality is literally the person’s job and she is having guests do it themselves?) I am pregnant and have 2 young children, I was not going to handle that myself. None of us slept until 7:30am (not an exaggeration). I requested to switch rooms the next morning, and we were then put into a room with a fridge that was not functioning so all of our items including milk for the baby spoiled. We didn’t know this until we got back to the hotel at 10pm and again didn’t sleep all night due to not having milk for the baby. There were bugs in the room as well. A roach and ants. Pictures attached. I requested to have the manager call me and each day was told there wasn’t a manager working. So nothing was resolved. Cannot NOT recommend this hotel enough. Especially for $700. Crazy to have spent that much for this experience.
