Everything was great. It was new.

I requested to switch rooms the next morning, and we were then put into a room with a fridge that was not functioning so all of our items including milk for the baby spoiled. We didn’t know this until we got back to the hotel at 10pm and again didn’t sleep all night due to not having milk for the baby. There were bugs in the room as well. A roach and ants. Pictures attached. I requested to have the manager call me and each day was told there wasn’t a manager working. So nothing was resolved. Cannot NOT recommend this hotel enough. Especially for $700. Crazy to have spent that much for this experience.

Clean property, courteous and kind staff, free coffee and creamer, clean rooms. More and better parking availabilities. With the electric car stations put in it makes it difficult and had to park in the far parking lot.

Amenities I had just had a procedure on my knee asked about elevator being out of service they said 15 min and 2 hours later I was still sitting in my car. Then had to work so they got me good. Paid for a day where i couldn't access my room. And they didn’t care
