Fairfield Inn by Marriott Joliet South

The room was nice and comfortable. We stayed in room 325 and I called it the barroom blitz room. If you've ever worked in a bar and were the first one in you know what I'm talking about. Beer and stale cigarette smell. The carpet needs shampooed badly! We asked for 2 queens but they didn't have them when we got there so we had a little TV room area with a pullout.

Breakfast was good.

I like that the pull out sofa was in a partial separated room for my son. One of the two tvs didn’t work, the walls were filthy, there were no sheets for the pull out couch, the halls smelt like marijuana, the shower leaked out the bottom of the door all over the floor, the toilet seat wouldn’t stay up and there were no pillows for the pull out bed either. They also tried to give us two different rooms that we did not ask for before finally putting us in the style of room we did ask for

The location was great to stay after a concert in Tinley Park. Breakfast was delicious. Everything was very nice.

I booked a king with sofa bed for two nights and got a handicap accessible room with one full size bed. Room also smelled like urine. When we asked for another room Hotel desk clerk didn’t seem to care. She said they were booked full and there are no other rooms. Basically take it or leave. We couldn’t stand it and only stayed one night.

Our stay here was nice, clean room, quiet, comfortable . No smell in room . We were close to the casino. Breakfast was great.

Pet fee was far too high. We stayed at 9 other motels on our trip and pet fees ranged from $0-$25. You shouldn’t have to pay to park if you are a guest.

Very comfortable and well taken care of. Breakfast was good. The pet fee was a ridiculous $75 on top of the room plus a parking fee. Nice area, close to the interstate. Pet fee was far too high. Good breakfast. Nice room. Nice beds. No ashtrays outside. Charged for parking. Couldn't get my charge card to work in the swiper but didn't try too enter it by hand. Shower curtain was dirty.

Asked for a room for 3 adults and 2 kids. Room had 2 beds. No roll-a-ways.

There was a sign on arrival that we had to pay $10 plus tax for parking. It was just a parking lot without security outside the hotel.

Check in was easy, checking out was fine. Parking was good. Overall, it was a good stay!
