Room was large and clean. Staff was friendly. This hotel was historically one of the finest in NJ. The property overall was very tired and dirty. Also not happy with the surprise charge for overnight parking fee of $24 daily which was NOT listed on the Hotels.com site. ( only said parking available). I would NOT have chosen this property if I knew about the parking fee. Very disappointed and a waste of my reward points on this booking.

Best hotel in NJ and location

As soon as you get to the hotel there is someone there to grab your bag.

I have to pay por parking I thing this is unnecessary

The potatoes were of low quality. One of the potatoes was completely burnt. The selection of food was something you would expect at a road side motel, not a Hilton. Bacon was clumped together in one mound. Fruit was not ripe. Danish and blue berry bread were poor quality. Hotel did not offer a free breakfast and charged us after the fact for poor quality. Hotel overcharged and blamed booking.com. Manager refused to take any action to assist. No one answers the phone due to staffing issues.

Old and outdated, too expensive and that parking garage charge was ridiculous

I was arrived at 2am, so that I have to pay twice, which is for the night and the rest day, but in the second day, they trying to let me pay again, and just ended with “oh sorry, it’s two different book way, in different system” but, firstly, I pay both in credit card and the second is whatever you pay by cash or credit card, they all will go into a one system, and I pay those at 3 am, you are telling me, the system is not refresh after 7h? That’s insane

Cleanliness, warm reception and location The breakfast was awesome

Very well maintained. The desk can be extended into two, which are nice to have. Nice gym and pools. Tennis court is managed by third party and requires advance scheduling, and permission (tennis/soft-soled shoes only). Executive lounge is every convenient. It opens for breakfast M-F 6-10:30am, light dinner M-Th 5:30pm, and dessert M-Th 8:30pm. We enjoyed the food in the restaurant, which are convenient and reasonably priced. About 5 minutes walk to the mall.
