Excellent Boutique Hotel within walking distance of many places to eat and shop. Close to train station to mid-town NY.

I would stay again.

Great stay. Bath tub stopper doesn't work, had to put rag around the drain to hold water.

Gorgeous accommodations. I was so pleasantly surprised when I opened the door to my room. I only wish I had more time to explore the area.

The location was excellent and walkable to many local restaurants and cafés. Parking was close and easy. The staff was attentive and pleasant. It is a very old house so the stairs are a bit challenging for us.

Enjoyed my stay here very much! A quaint hotel that is very cozy. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Water pressure in shower was inadequate, fridge made a continuous noise throughout the night, tv did not work properly.

Great location. Charming on the outside. A little worn on the inside. But a great value. Looks like a Bread and Breakfast but run like an Air B and B.

The stay is very nice. Great room. LOTS OF STAIRS!! Never saw anyone of staff. Good email communication though.

Very dated but functional hotel that might have been a B and B in the past, but now it is just a place to stay. Very outdated and old, but surprisingly everything actually worked such as the shower, sink, toilet, bed, and air conditioner. No elevator so you need to carry up any luggage. Convenient proximity to downtown eatery's and shops. Free parking.

Run down, peeling paint and caulk, rusty fixtures, shower was tiny.

Although I knew there was no breakfast available, we still missed having anything available in the morning. We did use the Keurig in the room. We've stayed in many Inns and have come to expect to have something.

The property is a very cool old home circa 1892 chock full of antiques. We had the third floor turret room which had a nice sitting area with two chairs and a king sized bed which was quite comfortable. Mini kitchen area was equipped with what tools we needed and the coffee supplies replenished every day. The innkeeper was very accommodating and nice and the housekeeper very efficient and lovely. It is two blocks from the main part of town and the train into NYC. Parking lot to the side of the house. A truly great experience and it felt just like coming home each time we walked through the door.
