Clarion Pointe Shreveport

The hotel was overall clean and in well maintained condition. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Downsides: TV stations did not work and I assume it was a related to the satellite as they use dish network. Loud music above us all night into the morning, was a bit annoying.

The breakfast potatoes were so good I would have asked for the recipe if I'd had time. But I had to rush out. Night check in guy was Aniche? Really liked him.

Never going back.

Enjoyed my room and amenities. Parking was ample and I enjoyed the environment. The bathrooms, more specifically the showers could use more attention with cleaning.

The property was easy to get to with plenty of parking. The dining area was huge. The staff were very nice. The room was clean and housekeeping was very pleasant.

The staff were friendly and very accommodating. They made our stay welcoming and will definitely be back! Thank you for a great stay!

Amazing stay & nice staff.

The property was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Staff was helpful and friendly. Just missing a few things that would.make anyone's stay more satisfying. Missing places to hang hand towels and no place to put your toiletries by the sink was annoying.

Great place to stay! Especially if you were going to fly out of Shreveport cause it's right by airport. There wasnt much noise pollution, just had a dog barking on our floor and of course WEED smell in the hall but that wasn't the hotel's fault. Very clean, great breakfast, friendly staff!

Breakfast was excellent. They don't have coffee makers in the rooms, which I found odd, but have coffee free in the lobby then at breakfast. Expedia listed incorrectly that there was no pet fee. They charged us $20 for our dog. No good places to walk your dog nearby. Located next to a police substation and lighting was good. Run down part of town but we felt safe.

Needed somewhere to stay at short notice due to a family emergency. This was minutes from everything hospital, Walmart, food. The room was clean, cool and the pillows were super comfy. Staff was friendly. Right by police station.

The whole hotel had a terrible odor which completely ruined our stay. Wouldn’t recommend.

The staff was great, room was clean. Bathroom was small and awkwardly arranged, with very little counter space and the bathroom sink sticking out into the entrance. But the real reason for a lower review is the smell. Our “non-smoking” room smelled intensely of cigarette smoke. Very unpleasant.

The staff here was just great! Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The room was lovely and quiet. Definitely will stay again!

Room was nice and spacious, with the kitchenette. Property was alright, but the hallway had a slight smell to it. Rooms were redone and exactly as pictured
