Construction going on and all the floors and elevators were not air conditioned until you got in your room. Close to airport and shuttle service was great.

Now the unacceptable. The hotel was under major renovations. The pool was not able to used, nor the laundry facilities - the two things we needed most second to clean.

The room was newly renovated so it was nice. The air conditioning would come on and it sounded like a truck was driving into the room. It cooled down nicely. AC was set on 71 and we did not touch it, However, when it went off, the room really heated up. Not sure what that was all about.

Closest hotel to the airport. Staff were friendly and room newly remodeled and comfortable. They provided a 530a ride to the airport as scheduled. They are in the middle of renovations, so the lobby and breakfast area were affected and there was plastic covering the carpet down the first floor hallway to my room. I had no issues at all with noise or anything and my room thankfully did not smell of fresh paint. Due to leaving early, breakfast was not available yet.

We were not informed that the entire 1st floor, the entry way. the desk. and the breakfast and family area were under construction, and had dust everywhere.

The reason I booked this hotel was because my son was having surgery the next day, and it stated it had a pool and gym upon entry into the hotel. The place was being constructed and was never advised when checking in that the pool and gym were unable to be used. One night of stay was pretty expensive for now. I’m being able to accommodate all our needs.
