Hampton Inn Shreveport Airport

Everything was exceptional. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room spacious, clean, quiet. Internet good. Breakfast hot, good selections, and staff at breakfast exceptionally friendly and helpful. Everyone we encountered from check in to check out and even the person working around the hotel that we passed in the hallway went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay.

Room was clean and comfortable but water was turned off around midnight without warning due to renovation work but not back on until around 9:00am. Staff said it was the city doing work but it appeared to be due to renovation work onsite.

Rooms were clean. Doing renovations on property that was distracting and noisy.

Everyone from the cleaning staff to front desk, and the cafe staff Wonderful accommodations

Quiet and comfortable Construction and the pool was not available

The rooms was nice The breakfast was horrible. Staff was rude as heck. And I called weeks before the stay to make sure everything was available (pool and shuttle ) and I was never informed the pool was closed and that’s one of the main reasons we got the hotel. Or we could have stayed at families house but spent our money there instead.

The staff was truly incredible. The lady at the front desk was more than accommodating and so friendly! And she remembered us any time we walked by. The breakfast was really fresh and delicious. We had one of the newly renovated rooms and it was very nice. I love staying at Hampton Inn any town I visit. The only issue we had was when we got back to the hotel after the event we were staying for, there was no parking at all in our parking lot or the one next door.

The breakfast was very good. The breakfast host was friendly and helpful. The hotel host when we arrived was excellent. The shuttle driver was very friendly. The bed was excellent. Great roomy bathroom with walk-in shower. The breakfast area was clean and comfortable. The pillows were pretty sad. The room needed another chair. There was only one. If a couple wanted to sit and share take-out or coffee in the morning, you would have to move the small table up to the bed to be able to sit across from each other. Almost a quarter of the room was vacant (empty) space. A small sofa, a straight- back chair, a recliner... something is needed to fill the space and make he room more cozy.

Had airport shuttle pick me up and the woman never spoke, not one word! I said Hi, thank you- got no response, i commented on what a cute little van - no response, when we pulled up to the front of the hotel I said Thank you - no response. So rude. I know it was after 11pm but no excuse. The room (124) was clean but needs major repairs. Thought we were going to eat breakfast but chicken sausage and egg white thing and flavored waffle batter! Yuck. It was convenient to the airport that is the only good thing I can say

The building is under construction, but the staff made it work. The room was perfect, and management (Ashley) was very kind and professional

Friendly, courteous staff. The only hotel which actually had an airport shuttle.
