There is no water in the pool. The room had only one working light . It was dark in the room . The next morning in the breakfast room their were roaches crawling in the bed box and behind the o.j. machine . We did not eat or have coffee . We got gone

Disgusting hotel never stay here. Toilet was clogged when checking into the room with nasty stuff and wouldn't flush. Towels and sheets super dirty. Whole place smells like smoke. This property needs to be demolished it's so terrible

Nothing The bed seemed dirty spots on the spread dirty bathroom sink is ready to fall off spot on the ceiling and could hear all your neighbors

chain lock on door was missing; window could not be locked; TV was terrible and froze on the station.

The front desk staff were great but housekeeping was on the phone cussing and yelling when I was checking in and it was definitely off putting. The hotel is not updated, the carpet is very old and the rooms are very outdated. The water pressure was terrible, and the breakfast was extremely limited and not very nutritious or very good tasting. I also had a few issues with other guests screaming and cussing loudly in the hallways and in the room near mine disrupting my rest and sleep. Thankfully the staff were very helpful in addressing issues as they arose but it still wasn’t the best stay due to all the above. Thank you to the front desk staff who let me check in extremely early after a really long and hard night shift when I needed rest but I wasn’t impressed by the rooms upkeep, breakfast, or the guests that were arguing and disruptive as well as the housekeeper… probably won’t stay here again due to this. Also, their gym is out of order so you can’t even use the fitness facility …

The rooms I booked were not cleaned!! Roaches present , piss stains on bed blanket that smelled of cat pee even tho the sign says no pets, short on breakfast foods and limited drinks, maintenance had to fix the toilet and tv, one room had no tissue, garbage can one room had no bags, Half and half on the staff some good some terrible!! I will never recommend or stay again!!!

The staff was extremely nice and helpful Roaches in the bathroom. Super small beds. Carpet had old mildew smell.

Toilet wouldn't flush

She was so very nice & helpful. The toilet was only able to flush once every 20 minutes and I could hardly tell what was on tv due to the bad static on it.

Location The bed had a metal piece hanging from the box spring that I injured my leg with.I reported it,but all I got was," I will tell maintenance

The lady checking me in was very unprofessional, the room stunk like someone had smoked in it and there was a cigarette burn on my sheet. If I would have not already paid for the room I would NEVER have stayed.
