Nice place even though it was in a bad neighborhood. Concerned about my car at night. The room was spacious and had a full kitchen. When I called the day before inquiring about what exit to take, they didn't know.

The room was great and the staff was exceptional

Check in was easy, breakfast was good, phone was missing from room, iron didn’t work but was given a replacement as soon as we asked. Overall was a good experience.

Breakfasts were great! Perfect variety each morning. Staff extremely nice and friendly.

The property is in a terrible area. At a surface level, the hotel is ok. But you see lots of things that need repaired.

I love how clean the property was! But I wasn't prepared for the shower only having half a door and the other half being open while showering....lol

Neighborhood has many boarded up buildings

This property needs some TLC. Carpets in common areas look like they hadn’t been vacuumed in over a week, lots of dirt and stains, wrappers on the floor in the elevator that were still there from the night to the morning. Room looked old. The shower floor pan was dirty, should be white but was kind of grey. Marriott should be ashamed with the quality of this property. On the flip side, the staff were very nice.

I booked a room for 5 people and there were no linens for the sofa bed. We arrived late so my teenager had to sleep on the couch with a blanket we brought:

Don’t do it. Smells like a nursing home!!

The location is convenient to the airport. Rooms were clean

Staff was very friendly. I switched hotels from another due to issues with elevator. I have stayed at a residence inn previously and was pleased. Area around is not the best but I looked at several other places and it’s all about the same. This place is fenced in. Room was great. Perfect, except for being right over pool and people wanted to play music till late. Front desk did respond and had them turn down. I liked it enough to book it again this weekend as rates were better and it’s close to the area I have to work at and close to casinos if you wish to go.

The room was fine, spacious and just what we needed after a long drive. The pool area needs some work. The water hadn't been cleaned in I don't know how long. I would have cleaned it but there was no net. There were weeds and grass growing thru the concrete and it was dark. Not sure if the pool even had a light but the area around the pool needs better lighting. We did enjoy breakfast each morning in the lobby. They had a little bit of everything.

Our room was good. They don’t have the amenities that they use to have so it made cooking a little difficult.

Can’t believe they charge $160/night for this location. It looks like it’s falling apart from the outside. The carpets are sticky and dirty. It’s a terrible musty smell in the entire place. I’m just overall disappointed with this Bonvoy location. I may have to switch back to Hilton. I couldn’t even shower cause it just did not appear clean. I would not recommend

Friendly staff! The air conditioning unit was loud and seemed to push the air on the bed, just too much for sleeping…

Breakfast was awesome
