The staff was amazing and friendly.

Run down property in need of renovations. Located in an area with boarded up properties.

Very noisy and the ac blows down directly on bed. Diverter to high to adjust

Convenience and have plenty of variety of food to purchase I wish that they would if you spend two days change the sheets daily

Everything was good. That I had reserved my room 3 weeks ahead. And request a room on 1st floor and close to the pool. And I never received a response back. So I put on the 2nd floor.And plus my reservation was for 263 or 268 can't remember. But my card was charged 310.

Area was sketchy, did not have any issues. Room was nice and clean and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very friendly reception staff. Walking distance to several places. Excellent views and close to walking trail around lake. Parking was easy. Room very nice. And yes, the breakfast is amazing!!!

Air was out in the breakfast area and my room's bed was not fully made and it lacked pillowcases upon arrival

Nice place even though it was in a bad neighborhood. Concerned about my car at night. The room was spacious and had a full kitchen. When I called the day before inquiring about what exit to take, they didn't know.

The room was great and the staff was exceptional

Check in was easy, breakfast was good, phone was missing from room, iron didn’t work but was given a replacement as soon as we asked. Overall was a good experience.

Breakfasts were great! Perfect variety each morning. Staff extremely nice and friendly.

2)There was a lot of door slamming. 3)Lawn needed cutting and was eventually was attended to

The property is in a terrible area. At a surface level, the hotel is ok. But you see lots of things that need repaired.
