Nice air-conditioned rooms and the contenintal breakfast and the beds were comfy our first room had a bedbug on the side chair . when I brought that to the staffs attention at the front desk, he at first was defensive and asked if I had used the room.. I told him we went in to the rooms to check for bugs. He eventually gave us another room but the bathtub wasnt renovated and the sheets was stained, and there was no bedbugs from what we could see..we slept in that room because we were tired and we drove from Kentucky to sherveport 11 hour drive.. we just slept on top of the covers.. we didnt shower because the tub looked scary.

Room was clean. Half the electric receptacle s don’t work. Too much noise from workers that stayed at the hotel shoes hats beer cans laying outside the rooms loud noises being heard
-
Half the motel had fire damage. The bath tub paint was peeling off. I little bar of soap to wash hands and wash bodies. 3 tiny pillows for 2 beds. I went 3 different times to get breakfast but door was locked every time.

They were fixing on the hotel no breakfast I didn't get the down stair room was promise the floor feel like hell it rain and the big cockroaches came out. My knees was hurting so bad until I had to stay in the room from climbing stairs.

No water pressure in shower and some outlets didn't work

The staff was friendly and efficient, management is the same. The overall condition of hr property appears to have plateaued. It looks like there was a fire not too long ago that damaged approximately.half the property. These rooms are blocked off and loos like rehabilitation has begun. So the property isn't fancy, doesn't offer much as far as amenities but it'll keep the rain off your head and is generally clean. I'd say it's slightly overpriced but everything is these days.

Nothing

Location was okay it looked nice from the outside inside not so much. I mean it was mediocre. Electricity went out two hours before check out time. Also I think $20 per dog small dogs at that is way too much for one night. Made the stay over $100 not worth that kind of money. Of course, it’s ran probably owned by a foreigner, which I don’t like. It’s America and Americans should own everything in America! Wherever you guys are from “not friendly” at all. I dislike that in people. God’s people don’t act like that. Freshly painted outside too Much construction going On in the rooms, messes left.

Very good

For an inexpensive chose this wasn’t bad. They could deep clean the rooms better (bathroom walls needed washing). And the paint they put on the tubs was peeling but over all it wasn’t bad. The location for the airport was great. The Hotels.com website says that there was airport transfers, which we were counting on, but that didn’t exist.

The staff was very nice and helpful The day before I checked out, I saw 2 roaches. I made absolutely sure to shake out my clothes really hard

First look at the property-back portion had apparently had fire damage & area was fenced off. Front desk staff did not demonstrate understanding English & made communications very challenging. My daughter got locked in the bathroom because knob did not control the latching mechanism. Staff at front desk wanted a room change but we'd already unpacked. Staff had to come up to the room to investigate the Wi-fi not working. Bathroom was filthy. Floor adjacent to tub would sink in when stepping on it. Property extremely poorly maintained.

Water pressure in the shower need improvement also the wifi goes in and out of service

The bed was comfortable The shower was extremely gross falling apart peeling. A dead roach and old flosser were in the room. All the plugs were either broken or loose where your charger tried to fall out
