I think $20 per dog small dogs at that is way too much for one night. Made the stay over $100 not worth that kind of money. Of course, it’s ran probably owned by a foreigner, which I don’t like. It’s America and Americans should own everything in America! Wherever you guys are from “not friendly” at all. I dislike that in people. God’s people don’t act like that. Freshly painted outside too Much construction going On in the rooms, messes left.

For an inexpensive chose this wasn’t bad. They could deep clean the rooms better (bathroom walls needed washing). And the paint they put on the tubs was peeling but over all it wasn’t bad. The location for the airport was great. The Hotels.com website says that there was airport transfers, which we were counting on, but that didn’t exist.

The staff was very nice and helpful The day before I checked out, I saw 2 roaches. I made absolutely sure to shake out my clothes really hard

Nothing Everything

First look at the property-back portion had apparently had fire damage & area was fenced off. Front desk staff did not demonstrate understanding English & made communications very challenging. My daughter got locked in the bathroom because knob did not control the latching mechanism. Staff at front desk wanted a room change but we'd already unpacked. Staff had to come up to the room to investigate the Wi-fi not working. Bathroom was filthy. Floor adjacent to tub would sink in when stepping on it. Property extremely poorly maintained.

Water pressure in the shower need improvement also the wifi goes in and out of service

The bed was comfortable The shower was extremely gross falling apart peeling. A dead roach and old flosser were in the room. All the plugs were either broken or loose where your charger tried to fall out

There was a stain on one of the pillows, and a lot of noise from the room next to us where a guy was on the phone outside. I didn’t feel safe or comfortable with my son and I there. The beds are not comfortable, and the pillows felt like rocks. The stain on one of the pillows really made me uneasy.

I literally checked in, walked to my room and walked right out after seeing 5 live roaches.... Can't say anymore as that was my extent of being on property.

Nothing it's was nasty and bad The hotel

Nothing. The property was dirty. The staff was horrible. This whole call breakfast they had was only orange juice, packet grits, greek yogurt and dry cereal. And when we were going to what we thought was a continental breakfast, we seen the most disgusting mattresses outside of the hallway. We were in a non-smoking room with cigarette burns in the carpet and the comforter set. The shower was very nasty with stains and it looked as if it was just poorly updated, and I didn’t feel safe at all.

Staff was friendly that ch eked me in and helpful. Went to use the hair dryer in room , it sparked and started smoking . I unplugged it and smoke was all in room . I take my family and went out of room to notify owner. The smoke alarm never went off!!!!!! Fire hazard . They said they would put me in another room since I had booked two nights . I did not return because after looking at smoke detector it did not even have the green light on that it was working . I was not going to stay another night not knowing if smoke alarm in that room was functions or not and put my family at risk
