Didn't even check in, hell I didn't even get out of the truck after I made a loop around the place... There were sheets and blankets in place of the doors

I canceled my book as soon as I made it to the destination looking inside the lobby of the hotel.

I have lived and traveled all over the world including rural Africa and Asia and I have never been in a hotel room as filthy as this one. I don't know how it could possibly pass inspection from the department of safety and hygiene.

Pictures on hotels.com did not match current state of hotel. Carpet was dirty, trash sitting in piles against the building, multiple obvious drug addicts loitering on property. Very terrible experience.

Mold throughout the room. The card reader on the door was hanging loose and not working. I ordered 2 king size beds... I got 1. The mattress was comfortable especially if you are a bed bug.

Mrs. CRYSTAL AT THE FRONT DESK IS AMAZING. SHE IS VERY SWEET AND CARING AND HELPS WITH ANYTHING VERY QUICKLY. LOVE THAT LADY, SHE MAKES MY DAY BRIGHTER EVWN WHWN I DNT SEE ANYTHING BUT DARKNESS. THANK YOU CRYSTAL YOU KINDNESS IS TRUELY A BLESSING.

The picture of the hotel and the actual place it's not the same looks, and I didn't feel safe and comfortable because of the location and the way hotel looks like, it needs a lot of cleanup and maintenance the price is good but I prefer add little more money and a better and clean place

My pillows were old and dirty and all they put was clean pillow cases My bed was dirty and the curtains are old and needs to be replaced also they are falling apart as well Respectfully I am sorry to say but I was not comfortable at all and I didn’t wanted to leave my luggage and my personal items behind

Smelled like detergent. No toilet paper or towels. No shower. Ridiculous. You got what you paid for. People living there.

Toilet did not work, pee stains on the shower curtain, pee all over the bottom of the toilet, bugs in the bed Stains on the sheets Instantly requesting my refund Did not, I repeat do not stay here
