Economy Inn & Suites Shreveport

Mold throughout the room. The card reader on the door was hanging loose and not working. I ordered 2 king size beds... I got 1. The mattress was comfortable especially if you are a bed bug.

Mrs. CRYSTAL AT THE FRONT DESK IS AMAZING. SHE IS VERY SWEET AND CARING AND HELPS WITH ANYTHING VERY QUICKLY. LOVE THAT LADY, SHE MAKES MY DAY BRIGHTER EVWN WHWN I DNT SEE ANYTHING BUT DARKNESS. THANK YOU CRYSTAL YOU KINDNESS IS TRUELY A BLESSING.

The picture of the hotel and the actual place it's not the same looks, and I didn't feel safe and comfortable because of the location and the way hotel looks like, it needs a lot of cleanup and maintenance the price is good but I prefer add little more money and a better and clean place

My pillows were old and dirty and all they put was clean pillow cases My bed was dirty and the curtains are old and needs to be replaced also they are falling apart as well Respectfully I am sorry to say but I was not comfortable at all and I didn’t wanted to leave my luggage and my personal items behind

Nothing, the property was dirty and falling apart. All of the main doors were broken off. The bed was dirt and full of hair. There were cigarette burns in the comforter and stains on the sheet. The shower had no curtain and the whole building smelled of marijuana. I requested to cancel and they refused a refund even though we didn’t stay. the property was dirty and falling apart. nothing the floors was dirty!! bathroom not clean only 2 bath towels which was dirty, air barely works it was just so much.

The pictures of the hotels are not actual. There is NO elevator in the hotel. There is an actual sign on the door stating that the hotel supports local authorities in handling drug activity and prostitution. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

I fell for this deal i ended up leaving the next morning room was not clean no coffee no nothing there was a horrible smell i asked house keeping to bring me some cleaning product had to get remote replaced we did not think of it as a 4 star you truly get what you paid for. But i will say they need to take this one off of website.

Negatives (in order of encounter): Police were on premises, choked from smoke in the hallway, light switches were appearantly not hooked to anything, 9ft windows with 6ft curtains and security light shining directly in which allowed me to see the couch with half the upholstery missing, 1/3 of sleeping area carpet had a squishing sound from A/C condensate. I did not stay so I don't know how long the yelling and loud music would have lasted but it was already midnight as I had a late flight in. I am neutral about the man laying half dazed in the hallway charging a phone as it is possible the outlets were not working in his room. Thanks Expedia!

Nothing it was horrible. Rooms were dingy looking. When I got there it was something off of P.j.s. No towels in room shower didn't work hard to turn water on and off. Ran down badly. Non working shower and faucet half the outlets work. No towels or wash cloths no trash can bedspreads had burn holes people outside loud

General Manager Crystal was very nice but the conditions of the property i feel were not suitable for anyone there people hanging out back smoking weed ,there access the hotel rooms i and my fiance did feel safe staying here i checked us in Friday 13 n checked right back out 20 mins later we only had one towel,no toilet paper ,light not working in bathroom,stains on sheets and walls this place really needs to be shut down looks nothing like website do not stay here.
