No sheets for sofa bed, dead roach in bathroom..Room had a awful smell . Lady at the front desk said they were renovating. Will not return.

Only 1/2 of the bathroom lights worked Room was dark with no overhead light Very low water pressure in shower Had to pay $75 deposit when we checked in even though we were paying our balance in full Room had only one coffee pod No cups in bathroom No vending machines No pool access available Poor customer service The beds were comfortable but pillows weren't great

I’m giving this property a 3.2 the stuff was very helpful and sweet , room was clean but had a small to it , no Continental breakfast as stated on web site ,they don’t have any vending machines on property

Paid online. Arrived. Left because we waited 15 minutes at the desk and nobody ever checked us in.

The room was really dusty and dirty.

The room was not thoroughly clean upon check-in, no towels no toilet paper dissatisfied all the way around the room was hot for about two hours after checking in had to get the attendant to come and help with the air. My thoughts on this hotel is not to ever stay again. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

The pricing was reasonable

Staff was horrible. They charge me twice on check out and told me to call back on Monday. I checked out Friday morning. The bed covers were wet and the ac was leaking water. There was big part of the carpet that was wet as well.

They don’t give your $50 deposit back..

The room was absolutely disgusting and the towels was not clean the advertising on the website is absolutely misleading the rooms are not clean and doesn’t have any of the extra amenities that are in the pictures the toilet didn’t work the air conditioner didn’t cool the sheets and comforter was dirty absolutely a horrible smell in the room the front desk lady was rude as hell big fat never again!

itself looked like someone literally just come out of there right before they tried to put me in the room . trash still in the trash can , no trash bag ! No bad for the ice . pool closed , breakfast closed , nothing was working properly it was a scam ! I left and was supposed to get switched to a different room and they were supposed to change my room but got extremely rude !

Unfortunately their only one person running the entire building.

Never saw a staff member the entire weekend stay…only a sign at the front desk stating “we stepped away from front desk, we will back momentarily” (yes, with the incorrect grammar). The room had no telephone to contact front desk, no vending machines were stocked or working, TV in the room did not work, under the bed sheets were little beads of piling, no extra blanket/pillows, no cleaning services were provided, no cups provided for in room coffee pot bar or ice, there was no complimentary breakfast (which signs in the hotel and booking site stated complimentary breakfast was included), the fitness center equipment was not clean or sanitary and unfortunately the pool was under maintenance. The hotel was like a ghost town, again never saw a staff member or cleaning crew from Friday - Sunday!!! Horrible stay…ended up having to purchase amenities (cups, snacks, towels, etc) from the Family Dollar store across the street. Never Ever Again will I stay here …EVER !!!!!

A bad mild smell throughout the property. Couldn’t get clean towels. Nothing worked. No pool. No spa. Nothing.

For the price it was honestly perfect. I got a room for $60 and felt clean and clear, though the place is a little run down. Excellent staff - front desk and housekeeping were very chill and helpful.
