From front desk staff to plentiful breakfast buffet to super comfy beds & pillows to ultra clean bathroom 3ply toilet paper, hot shower exhaust fan & perfect temp control thermostat to ample parking & beautiful scenery Everything was awesome

We have stayed at this property many times and really enjoyed it. This time, we arrived at 10:45 pm and were greeted by a car at the entrance, playing very loud music and a staff person smoking a cigarette (in the car with the door opened). As we went through the checkin process, the front staff person did not smile or greet us and seemed terribly irritated. Additionally, there were about 25 very loud kids in the lobby! I’m not sure if we will stay here again!

The property looked good The front desk guy David threatened us and told us to leave the property because our kids were making noise. He just warned us once and then barged into our room and threatened us and our kids in a rude manner to leave the hotel. We got scared and had to leave the property because we were scared of our family safety
