Nothing Phoned staff she was rude and not helpful. $25 early check in fee not listed anywhere. Asked on site to change reservation and they never responded.

I've stayed here twice in the last 2 months and both times the TV didnt work.

T.V. and phone did not work. A staff person fixed the T.V. but it stopped working again in a few minutes. Room was clean, but there were broken lamps, pictures, and the metal door frames in the bathrooms were badly in need of painting. Exterior groundskeeping was poor. On the Expedia website the rating for this hotel was quite high, but we were disappointed, and give it a much lower rating. Probably only a 2 to 3 out of 5!

Disgusting place. So sick of people buying these hotels & running them like they're broke. The place was DIRTY. Pillows sucked. Stained furniture. No continental breakfast because "the microwave was broken", yet there's a microwave in every room. RUN!!

Internet did not work. Could not watch TV in any room. Tried a couple. Staff did not seem to care. Web site said there was a pool. None. Shower head shot water over the shower curtain. No coffee. No breakfast. Worst place I've stayed.

The people working at the front desk were so nice and helpful. I truly appreciated them and what they were doing. The room on the other hand was dirty and the water was luke warm. The shower was gross and had holes in the wall from where the handle was supposed to be. There were stains on the sheets and the furniture. Only one of the lamps worked and only one of the bedside outlets was functional. I feel bad leaving this review because the people at the front desk were so nice, but I do want others to know what they are getting when they check in. Loved the people, but probably wouldn't stay again.

Front desk person was nice A little grungy. Room wasn't very clean. Telephone was disgusting. Half the curtains were just hanging there. Stains on the bedsheets, yucky. Scum in the tub. The air conditioning unit was nasty.

Internet/ Tv didn’t work, workout area smelled terrible stains on the mats and the cables on the equipment were frayed.

Disappointing

Breakfast was good. Room was clean. There was an off smell as soon as you came into the room. Was not unbearable and it would go away once you were in the room. Really weird to pin point.
