Baymont by Wyndham Sioux Falls

Rooms were clean. Property is a bit dated and could use a good refresh. Rooms facing the highway interchange are quite bright and the room doesn’t get very dark. Better window treatments would make a huge difference. Breakfast was good. The dining room was packed and several were in an overflow room.

Walls were a bit thin and could hear our neighbors room. Breakfast and staff were nice.

Breakfast and breakfast area were bad to very bad!! The cleanliness of the room was poor to say the least. bathroom door could not shut all the way. Hair dryer was not working. The toilet bowl was moving anytime you were sitting on it. Hooks for the bathroom towels where nowhere to be found. The rooms table, one of the legs was broken and hanging from it. Both of the queen mattresses were in a really bad condition. The carpet was really old and full of stains. The TV control was so filthy that any time you had to use it you had to wash your hands. It was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have ever come across!!

For price and quality stay here over the Red Rock Inn.

David, the manager on duty when we checked in last night was great! Friendly, accomadating, helpful. Would stay here again!

Hot tub did not work. When I asked the staff about it, they were not helpful at all and had an attitude.

Comfortable bed, easy in and out while traveling thru.

Only 2 luggage carts in the motel....checking in or checking out, they were not available for an older couple staying on the 3rd floor ...staff needs to monitor them more closely; lighting in the room very poor; hallway carpets were disgustingly dirty; no hook on inside of bathroom door

We were in town for a medical emergency and were allowed an early check in.

Was a mediocre room and night time staff was as happy as a chapped ass

Convenient to interstate if traveling. Helpful staff. Because we arrived earlier than planned, went downtown to the Falls and what a treat - beautiful falls area in the middle of the city!
