No maintenance wallpaper peeling off everywhere

It was very comfortable bedding, and easy check-in processing. Very thin walls, cracks in the wooding, flooring had nails in it still. Power went out for like 3 hours during the night-very little breakfast was available. None of the staff spoke fluent English and were hard to understand. Way overpriced for what it was priced at! Should have been at minimum-$80/night!

It was a pleasant stay the staff were very helpful, hot breakfast was decent and a large variety of different options for breakfast free juice all day. Room was clean the ceiling paint in the shower was pealing a bit the pool seemed fine but hot tub was being fixed. Besides that it was a pleasant 7 night stay.

Beds were rock hard, AC took forever to cool the room down. The pool and hot tub were out of order the first night. They opened the pool the second night, however, the pool was absolutely disgusting. Bugs and debris floating in the water, hot tub was empty except about 2 inches which was stagnant, gross, moldy water with bugs and the pool towels had mold on them.

I really liked the property and amenities. The staff was initially wonderful. Unfortunately we were there to see my mother-in-law that was in hospice. The 1st night was great. The next morning we needed to leave early as we received a call that she was not goingto make it. My husband went to the car and there was another car pulling in and blocked him, no other cars were in the parking lot, so he couldn't understand why he parked directly behind us blocking us completely. . The young man got out and did not even acknowledge my husband's request to please move as we were in a hurry. He left his car blocking ours for 40 minutes. We found out it was a new staff member for the hotel. The manager apologized and told us he would take care of it. We did not make it in time to see my mother-in-law, she passed away 15 minutes before we got to her facility. My husband's grief was overwhelming to say the least. We decided to leave the hotel as he was too distraught to stay there again.

The carpet in the room was nasty

We had to leave before evening due to medical issues. The staff was excellent in their concerns for us.
