Clean room and close to shopping and restaurants.

The bathroom tiles were falling off ... tv only worked half the time

Clean sheets bed was conformable, pool was a little small but the kids enjoyed it very much. Great staff, the were happy to help with every request. Breakfast was well prepared and tasty. I would stay here again.

Room had strange smell apparently smoke even it is non smoming property and AC wasn't working properly

Our room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was quite small with the large toilet that was in there. We were on the second floor an elevator would have been nice. But all in all it was a quiet comfortable stay. The kids enjoyed the pool but the hot tub was out of order. The staff was very polite and helpful. We were able to check in early also. Thanks for a great stay we will definitely come back.

The road construction, the bar right there, the pool tiles coming up, the water not all going to the shower head and spraying my feet more than my head.

Continental breakfast was served, along with masala chai. It was a pleasant stay, though there wasn’t an elevator, making it a bit challenging to ascend with large luggage.

Staff was very helpful with local tourist tips. Indoor pool had just had the chemicals changed and we were not able to use it, but it appeared to be a good pool.

Nice workers. The bathroom had a terrible odor

Hotel was dirty and out dated. Breakfast was nothing special. Pool area and bathroom had surface mold. Hot tub was out of order. Pool did not look clean. The front desk area looked updated but the rest of the hotel was run down. Room was dusty. Won’t be back.
