Hot tub didn’t work, one of the owners was on a very load zoom call in the lobby when I walked in to check in

It was decent

Our room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was quite small with the large toilet that was in there. We were on the second floor an elevator would have been nice. But all in all it was a quiet comfortable stay. The kids enjoyed the pool but the hot tub was out of order. The staff was very polite and helpful. We were able to check in early also. Thanks for a great stay we will definitely come back.

Continental breakfast was served, along with masala chai. It was a pleasant stay, though there wasn’t an elevator, making it a bit challenging to ascend with large luggage.

Bad breakfast

Staff was very helpful with local tourist tips. Indoor pool had just had the chemicals changed and we were not able to use it, but it appeared to be a good pool.

Hotel was dirty and out dated. Breakfast was nothing special. Pool area and bathroom had surface mold. Hot tub was out of order. Pool did not look clean. The front desk area looked updated but the rest of the hotel was run down. Room was dusty. Won’t be back.

Location of hotel was nice and bed were comfortable The pool had a sign that said it was out of order and the manager heard us reading it and came out to tell us that the pool was in deed open. He ripped the sign off and let us in. The water was freezing cold, tile at the bottom of pool was broken and not cleaned up so we stepped all over it, there was a nasty greasy film over the top of the water and bugs floating in the water. We were in the water less than 1 minute. There was standing water in the jacuzzi that smelled very bad and a net left just sitting in the water. In our room the bathroom was extremely tiny and there was mold around the bathtub faucet. The water had a funny smell to it.
