Best Western Empire Towers

My room was dirty and no room service provided I need to ask for the room service as well need to ask for shampoo and conditioner for the hair bathroom exhaust fan making noise and the microwave door latch broke I got charge my $75 dollars deposit never got my deposit back I called several times and the staff hang out my called never go back to this hotel again.

Staff were great. Parking was garbage.

The room was great with a full size refrigerator and kitchenette. Comfortable bed. Shower with good water pressure, and sink separate from bathroom. Price was good.

This hotel is great value for money. We had a large, clean, and comfortable room. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The surrounding area has lots of restaurant choices. Although we didn't feel unsafe, I wouldn't walk around in the area. The breakfast was pretty standard for this tier of hotel. On the downside the pool was closed and the Wifi was very slow - I measured it around 3 Mbps.

I had two reservations, one was a roll in shower room and they did not give me that, even though I reserved one months ago. The other was a king bed room and the view out the window was a shipping container. Ugh. Most of the staff did not speak English. Breakfast wad good except the biscuits were hard, couldn't eat them.

For having a hotel rating of 8 out of 10, I thought this would be a decent hotel to stay in while we were in Sioux Falls...I was wrong! First of all, when you drive up it is not in the best of locations. There is a gross apt/low end hotel in the front and I did not feel our vehicle was the safest, I made sure to park under the lights.

Floor in room was dirty. Sheets and towels were nice and clean. Overall, good experience.

Older hotel but rooms were good, and staff was helpful. Amenities such as hairdryers and irons/iron boards may not work.

Nice place it is being remodeled so our room was in great shape new furniture carpets etc it’s conveniently located to the mall and lots of restaurants nearby. They offer a great breakfast and the staff was friendly and helpful.

All was very good. Comfortable beds and good space

The women at the front desk upon our arrival was very nice and helpful.

There was an additional charge of $75.00 I was told it was for incidentals?? No one was at the desk when I checked out. I would like to know when that charge will be credited back to my credit card account. Now thwy won't answer their phone.

Excellent Breakfast options, facility is clean and in the process of being remodeled.

Decent hotel. Kind of hard to find/get to. Newly remodeled, nice and clean inside. Good breakfast.

The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were great.

Hotel is being Renovated and that’s good, but the beds are not part of that plan. Our beds were old and uncomfortable. Light fixtures and the small details are not addressed either. Not a bad place to stay, but it still feels like an old hotel.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly. This is a busy area and there were a lot of people loitering.
