Newly remodeled room great breakfast and helpful staff. Will stay again.

The room we were finally assigned to was clean. The location is in an undesireable part of town. There were homeless in the parking lot and a homeless woman in the lobby. The police were called to attend to her. The lock on the original room to which we were assigned was not working, so they had to move us, which was fine, just annoying after lugging all of our stuff to the original room. The door on the new room did not close properly and we had to put our whole weight against it to get it to lock. When we went down to breakfast at 8:00, there was nothing left, so we left.

The beds were so comfortable and clean!! The location is pretty sketchy in my opinion especially traveling with a U-Haul I was pretty anxious something was going to happen to it. There was a lot of people and men smoking and drunk. Overall the location wasn’t the greatest.

Could not keep up with the food with the hotel being full.

Just wish we could have stayed on an upper floor, you could hear elephants above us most of the night

The staff was friendly and the room was generally clean. The floor of our room was stained and felt sticky. Overall the facility seemed somewhat outdated. The lobby, however was cheerful.

Staff was friendly Room wasn’t very clean, breakfast was not stocked well and the room was super hot. A/c in room was off when we arrived and didn’t work well, and the floor in the room was pretty dirty.

My room was dirty and no room service provided I need to ask for the room service as well need to ask for shampoo and conditioner for the hair bathroom exhaust fan making noise and the microwave door latch broke I got charge my $75 dollars deposit never got my deposit back I called several times and the staff hang out my called never go back to this hotel again.

The room was great with a full size refrigerator and kitchenette. Comfortable bed. Shower with good water pressure, and sink separate from bathroom. Price was good.

This hotel is great value for money. We had a large, clean, and comfortable room. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The surrounding area has lots of restaurant choices. Although we didn't feel unsafe, I wouldn't walk around in the area. The breakfast was pretty standard for this tier of hotel. On the downside the pool was closed and the Wifi was very slow - I measured it around 3 Mbps.

I had two reservations, one was a roll in shower room and they did not give me that, even though I reserved one months ago. The other was a king bed room and the view out the window was a shipping container. Ugh. Most of the staff did not speak English. Breakfast wad good except the biscuits were hard, couldn't eat them.

For having a hotel rating of 8 out of 10, I thought this would be a decent hotel to stay in while we were in Sioux Falls...I was wrong! First of all, when you drive up it is not in the best of locations. There is a gross apt/low end hotel in the front and I did not feel our vehicle was the safest, I made sure to park under the lights.
