My Place Hotel - Sioux Falls, SD

The staff was friendly upon arrival. Our room was clean and the kitchen would have been helpful for a longer stay! Parking was very full when we arrived late evening. I think we found one of the last spots. Our room was on the interstate end of the building and it was very loud over night. We would stay again.

No issues with staff but check in took awhile due to computer issues. Room floor had cherry stems, trash, and clumps of hair on it. Counter tops and bed stand had food residue or some other sticky substance on most of them. Hair from previous occupant or cleaning staff was under the pillows of the bed. Floors were sticky in some spots.

The shower chair was missing part for traction in the tub. Everything else was good.

A decent hotel. It would be especially good if you were staying numerous days. The room has kitchen facilities and the hotel is close to the interstate and the mall.

Good sized room including a full sized refrigerator with ice maker, and a full sized trash can instead of the small waste paper baskets that are usually provided. But the refrigerator is a bit old and a little noisy. Bathroom was large and very clean. Staff let me stay until 13:00 to finish up some business.

Just looking for a place to sleep, this is a good deal. Little kitchenette but no plates glasses or cups

My only minor complaint was the lack of a community ice machine. The freezer in each room has an ice maker, but it’s cleaned out before new guests arrive, so you have to turn it on and wait for it to make ice. That would work well for an extended stay, but since we were only there for one night, it wasn’t quite enough time to produce enough ice for our cooler—even with the ice makers running overnight in both of our rooms. Overall, this was a great place to stay, and that small inconvenience certainly wouldn’t keep me from staying here again. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Clean and loved the kitchenette area

The room was clean as expected. There was no coffee in the morning at the breakfast area, but otherwise a good experience

The location was great. Easy to find, check in and out was smooth. The kitchenette in the room was nice. There were quite a few pets staying here. More than your average hotel. Only complained once about a barking dog across from us. Not much for amenities.

Close to freeway so you do have road noise Thin walls as we could hear people running shower

Even with no breakfast I would prefer to stay in a place like this than any other the value for the price was exceptional Can't think of anything except maybe yeah throw in some breakfast lol
