The room was clean, air conditioning worked well, parking was close

Good sized room including a full sized refrigerator with ice maker, and a full sized trash can instead of the small waste paper baskets that are usually provided. But the refrigerator is a bit old and a little noisy. Bathroom was large and very clean. Staff let me stay until 13:00 to finish up some business.

Just looking for a place to sleep, this is a good deal. Little kitchenette but no plates glasses or cups

My only minor complaint was the lack of a community ice machine. The freezer in each room has an ice maker, but it’s cleaned out before new guests arrive, so you have to turn it on and wait for it to make ice. That would work well for an extended stay, but since we were only there for one night, it wasn’t quite enough time to produce enough ice for our cooler—even with the ice makers running overnight in both of our rooms. Overall, this was a great place to stay, and that small inconvenience certainly wouldn’t keep me from staying here again. I would definitely recommend it to others.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and our room was clean and quiet. Beds were very comfortable as well—the linens and pillows were soft and cozy. It’s also great to have a full kitchenette for a break from eating out. We were so impressed that we booked a My Place hotel at our next stop!

Great stay. Coffee is always good. Room was clean and everything was working and as expected. The luggage cart needed a new wheel, but was useable. Overall great stay.

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised at how much was offered (a full kitchenette) with the room. We're looking forward to our next stay.

This is an ideal location. Close to lots of restaurants, the mall, coffee shops and a few blocks from I29

Clean, comfortable room. Nice bed, shower was great.

Our stay was only one night, but the facility was new, very clean, and a solid value for the price of a double queen room.

Staff was friendly and helpful everything was clean and easy to use. Easy to find right off the interstate with tons of places to go right around it.

The maintenance manager is doing a terrific job! The desk clerk said the building is not brand new and did not know when the last major renovation was done, but the whole place looks new, bright, clean and up to date, with dreamy plumbing, no banged up doors, no squeaky hinges, no moldy edges, no HVAC issues, zero malfunctions and zero complaints. We especially appreciated the automatic doors entering the lobby after our three prior hotels all had do-it-yourself door opening.
