The young lady at the front desk was polite and helpful. I needed to wrap a gift and could not find the tape I packed and she let me use the the tape dispenser.

This was such a nice and clean hotel. The beds were comfortable and staff was very friendly.

The room was a two room suite with full kitchen. The bathroom is good size.

The staff was knowledgeable, welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean and nicely updated. Nice amenities. Will stay again in the future. Highly recommended!

The only complaint t I have is that the water pressure in the shower needs improving. Otherwise the room was great. Plenty of space, hooks for hanging things, grab bar by the shower, hooks in the bathroom - all well thought out.

It was extremely clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and personable. The whole place smelled great and the condition of the carpet was the best I've ever seen. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We were stranded in Sioux Falls for 2 nights during a blizzard . The staff was very helpful and kind. The lovely woman at the desk put a hold on our room so we could keep it the second night. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is near shopping and restaurants. Great place to stay in Sioux Falls.

The room and lobby/check in area is very clean. It has clean, well lighted hallways and parking lot area. It is conveniently located close to reataurants, shopping areas, and movie theatre as well as easy access off Interstate. We would definitely stay here again upon our next trip to Sioux Falls.

I love the location of this hotel and they have all the accommodations you need right in your room. Its clean and the staff is exceptional. I will always stay here while in the area! The beds and pillows are great. No free breakfast

The manager was so kind to us as we were going back and forth to the local hospice. The building was clean and welcoming and we slept better than we had all week at another hotel.
