Very good

The hotel staff was amazing. We were there for a soccer tournament and they were able to give us a super late check out so we weren't having to be out in the heat for no reason. I also love that they have free items if you forget something as many hotels don't have that. My only complaint is that I think they have too many chemicals in their pool. My daughter went swimming and came back with hair that felt like straw so we had to go to Walmart and get a hair mask, good shampoo and conditioner, and try to get it back to normal. Unfortunately it didn't work and I had to have our hair stylist do a good treatment on it to make it healthy again.

Breakfast was great. Probably the best breakfast from a motel I have had. We arrived late and left early so didn’t use the pool. Room and bed were clean and comfortable

Exceptional

They woke up me and my family at 11:30 P.M. just because during checking in they forgot to put a card on file, so they had me come down then. Instead of waiting until the next day!!!

The room was very clean and nice, bed was comfy and plenty of pillows. Check in went well and I didn’t try the breakfast, I was on the bottom floor so if any upstairs room above you was stomping so you could hear it. Other than that, it was quiet. My check in was the only interaction with staff. It was pleasant enough.

The dining area was perfectly set up, kept clean, food was fresh, ladies were always present to check things out! Excellent!

The breakfast options and quality were outstanding. The location was close to many restaurants and shopping venues.

Nice location, the property is getting a little tired. Requested a 1st floor room ahead of time, not available when we checked in, they told us there was an ice machine on every floor, we were on 2nd floor but no ice machine on that floor. Breakfast was very mediocre.
