I was also awakened by noise from outside (like a celebration) at 10:30 pm. It subsided after a half hour.

Cons -Room on 2nd floor had no water pressure in bathroom. Also no Kleenex in the living room. Dried blood on extra pillow for sofa.

It was very clean, the staff were very friendly and there was a lot of space for our extended family get together. The sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable for my son to sleep in.
