Right in the middle of all locations for us to see. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Need some upgrades done on room.

The Hotel was nicely updated and we especially enjoyed the shuttle service. We took advantage of this service to take us to and pick us up from a concert at the Washington Pavillion.

Exceptional

I went and asked housekeeping for a trash bag. I do not speak Spanish and they clearly did not speak English. We had to use google translate. And while I was waiting for one to get me the trash bag the other lady kept speaking in Spanish and looking at me and then laughing. I’m pretty sure they were making fun of me. Would have said something on checkout but didn’t want to make a scene.

Great place to stay. There was an issue with our reservation, and the staff had figured out a solution before we arrived. Our kids loved the breakfast.

I had no hiccups during check in and learned I was a Hilton member. The guy at check in was friendly! Kind and quick. Rooms were clean beds clean. Breakfast was good and area was clean.
