Super 8 by Wyndham Sioux Falls/41st Street

The staff were pleasant and helpful. None of the staff spoke good English, so there was some slight communication problems. Right after we checked in, we noticed the TV remote was missing from our room, and the receptionist came to our room to help look for it, and then she sent another staff with a new remote for us. Also, the key-slide to open the outside door of the motel was broken and falling off the building. We reported it and it was fixed within hours. There was a locking safe in the room - we didn't use it, but it was nice to have. None of the furniture matched and the drawer in the dresser was broken. Right across the parking lot was a Fryn' Pan Restaurant. We walked there for 2 meals - food was really good. Our room was small, but clean. Sadly, there was no coffee maker. But there was a tasty free breakfast and coffee in the lobby. This is not a luxury hotel, but it's clean and tidy with OK amenities. We got into town a couple hours earlier than planned. We were not allowed to check in early unless we paid $20 extra. We decided to wait the two hours..........

The room was very humid and the carpet felt like it had just been cleaned. The room was dark, but it was clean and the beds comfortable.

The a/c in the room was terribly loud and would wake us up in the middle of the night. The entire hotel was humid. The safe in our room didnt work. The breakfast was good both days, nice to have hot options.

It was cozy. The lobby was fairly cozy. Breakfast is all right. Good place to stop for the night.

Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, but it could use a little update. I felt like I was back in the 70’s. Oh well I felt young again❣️

Easy on/off interstate. Staff was very nice. Everything else, just ok for price. You get what you pay for. Shower was great....appreciated the great water pressure. Bed very uncomfortable! My sister's bed had a large dip in mattress and mine had a smaller dip but very lumpy. Could not sit on edge of bed because it was broken down and soft. Very soft. Chair in room was stained, dirty and very low to ground. Water pressure in bathroom sink was barely there, however shower was great. Room very dusty. Carpet appeared clean except around edges of bed, dresser, walls. Breakfast was just basic foods but was good. Overall, for price, was just ok. No bugs, so big plus in my book! Just needs some updating and better cleaning and it would become a great place.

Location was hard to get to because of construction. Breakfast was decent.

I like how friendly to staff was and helpful with the check-in to my room. What I didn't like is that. When i'm booking a room, it does not say anything about a deposit.Then, when I get there, they're charging and deposit

The hotel was clean in the waiting room and our guest room. The lobby elevator smelled like burnt rubber. The hallway and guest room were warm. The AC unit didn’t work very well and was super noisy. The room worked well for what I needed and overall I was too tired to care.

Traffic is terrible at this location. Hallways were dirty and smelled. The room was good. Has everything you need. Didn't make it to breakfast.
