Clean room. The boys liked the pool.

Open lobby was great for socializing and the courtyard was awesome too

Didn't like having to pay for breakfast. Went elsewhere.

At least the room was clean. They gave me a box fan because our AC unit was out in our room, very unacceptable!

The location was conveniently located. The young man at the desk said I didn’t have a reservation. I showed him my prepaid confirmation email, spelled my first and last names, and was told I would need to contact Booking.com for a refund and rebook a room. After several minutes he found my name on a printed off sheet. It was a little nerve wracking since the prepaid reservation was not transferable or refundable. The check in process should have been seamless, as I had also indicated I would be arriving around 6pm when booking.

Best night of sleep I’ve had in a year or so. The pool was absolutely crowded with children at 10 o’clock, so it would’ve been nice if there was at least an hour for adults only. I checked out and left my iPad and the staff was super accommodating. Didn’t even ask any questions. Just grabbed it for me,

I’ve been staying at this location since new, it’s going downhill fast. Rooms are not clean or updated.

The mattresses will need replacement soon -- especially in rom 110

Clean and convenient for a quick one night stay during travel. Coffee was only available for purchase. Most hotels at least have a coffee stand for access to coffee or a pot in the room. For the price, it doesn’t make sense to only have the option to purchase Starbucks in the lobby.

I immediately reported the issue and was told it would be investigated and that a manager would follow up. The next day, I was informed that no one had seen the ring and there was no record of my request to opt out of room service. Instead of resolving the situation, I was offered 10,000 points, which did not address the loss. This experience was deeply disappointing, and I will not stay here again.
