Hotel is nice, the room was good. The pool and hot tub was really enjoyable! The room was a little small as well as the bathroom and tub /shower

The yard wasn't kept up great, but I guess that doesn't really affect my stay.

It was ok the bed was comfortable but my towel was stained and so was the bed cover

Everything was as expected. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Staff answered all questions. Room was clean.

This was a great hotel for me, in town for a half marathon!

Let me start by saying that I could stay here again. It wasn't terrible, but the hotel could use an update. The room and hallways need some love. For the price we could have likely found something a little more updated and well maintained. Parking was good. Access to freeways, dining, and shopping are all close - not easily walkable, but a short drive.

Was woken up by very strange sounds that turned out to be the person in the room above me taking a shower!! Also the breakfast was a little bit weird with what appeared to be homemade potatoes in a crock pot and a bottle of ketchup in the fridge for use that was virtually gone. People working there were nice but won't go back. I travel to Sioux falls often and there are other cheaper better options.

The room was slightly and disrepair, but clean and comfortable. Pool and hot tub were shut down. Breakfast was OK.

The room and hotel were clean. However, the hot tub was not working. Also breakfast was okay, The staff had trouble keeping up with guests coming for breakfast.

Nothing matters about the hotel, but this. After the worst travel day I've experienced in my 65 years, I was ready to take my beat-down body and mind to bed. I stopped at a store adjacent to this hotel, only to find that I was no longer in possession of my wallet. I went to the front desk attendant, told her of my predicament. She verified my personal info and acknowledged that I had already paid for three nights. She called her manager and gave him an unsympathetic interpretation of my situation. I knew by the manner she portrayed my straits to her boss that the answer would be negative. It was. She apologized and said there was nothing she could do, I was not allowed access to the room I had prepayed for; despite my assurances that the last time my wallet was out was at the rental car agency. The same that closed after their last customer, myself left. I told her they would get my license and credit card, the same as was used to make the transaction. No dice. I was obliged to spend the night in the rental car where I didn't sleep a wink. Next morning, I returned to the car rental, where my wallet had been set aside by the man who helped me. I have never been treated like a common criminal by a hotel, despite my dire situation. The deposit could have been processed, as it was the following morning. I hold the manager to blame and intend on filing a formal complaint with Americinn.

Good breakfast, the pool area was closed. The drain in my shower was very slow to drain

We had a good stay! The bed was clean and comfortable and it was quiet. The breakfast wasn’t anything crazy but still good! We were very pleased and would definitely come and stay again!

Got moved to another room where everything worked but it had a terrible odor. The ice machine nearest our room was out of order, and the hot tub was closed. On the plus side, they had a nice breakfast and great coffee.
