Staff was incredibly friendly, even over the phone. The room carpet had been freshly shampooed before our arrival. There were plenty of towels, even at the pool. The Alpaca were gone at the time due to wildfires (they had been evacuated in an abundance of precaution, which I think was a terrific call), but there was a lovely mama deer that visited the breakfast room door. The giant covered hot tub is our absolute favorite, and the pool itself was also clean and relatively warm (compared to many hotel pools). The staff also found and set aside some items that my son had left behind, and they shipped it to us very quickly. We love staying here! The only reason I didn't give all 5 stars on everything was because hotel costs have gone up so significantly. However, this has nothing to do with the staff or the hotel itself, it's just how things are these days. I just remember a time when a similar hotel would cost much less.

We had a nice size room with a king bed. Didn’t realize how spacious the room was until we walked thru the door. Loved the fireplace, jacuzzi tub and big shower. It was clean and cozy. The alpaca farm was a cute touch. Definitely would stay here again

The breakfast was excellent. Really great choices and good tasting food. Probably the best "breakfast included" breakfast I've ever had at a motel/hotel. Pool and hot tub were really good. Elevator would be great. Having the pool open early in the morning for lap swim would be wonderful. I understand the late opening (10 am) for noise reasons, but it seems adult lap swim could work.

Friendly staff, very roomy suite, beautiful grounds, excellent pool, yummy breakfast with many choices, laundry room , location at the edge of Sisters so we didn’t have to wade through tight traffic unless we wanted to drive into town , cute alpacas Nothing really!

Probably the friendliest and most welcoming staff I've ever encountered traveling in the states. This is a big deal to me- people are what make a place great or not so great. Thanks for your hospitality and positive energy! It was also a beautiful location and had a great pool for the kids to enjoy. Breakfast had plenty of options for all of us, even me being gluten free.

Breakfast menu and what was served were great. Unlike the "boxed" eggs and meat, this breakfast was made fresh and brought to the hotel for residents. Very tasty, overall outstanding.
