The smoke detector is right above the head and is blinking and blinking. Not smart. The whole hotel is not grand. It looks too dark and has not a tasteful style. The bed is ok. It is just a motel, nothing grand, like many. It is poorly designed for a new hotel. I left without breakfast. It is not inviting, just cheaply done.

Clean room, helpful staff, typical, but good breakfast, good air conditioning, quiet room. Everything worked as it should.

A short trip to Bend, but smaller and quieter than Bend. The breakfast is good and the staff are very helpful and friendly. 4 times this year already.

We were lucky to find this place when we arrived in Sisters. My husband had a business zoom in the morning and front desk was very accommodating letting us stay a little bit later so he could successfully complete his meeting. I was able to use the whirlpool and the pool, which were absolutely the perfect temperature. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean comfortable bed staff friendly

Very pretty scene in back, very quiet. Great beds. Room was small, but ok. Bedding perfect. Prices high but everything is. Fast check in. Average but lovely hotel but pricey. Why do things have to be so expensive!!

We were very comfortable in our room. It was nice to have an indoor pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast choices were great.

One of the beds had a stained bedsheet.

The staff was great. The front desk woman was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. The free breakfast was one of the best I have ever had at a hotel. The breakfast lady was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the water was hot with good water pressure. Great beds. BUT THERE WAS NO OVERHEAD LIGHTING IN THE BEDROOM AREA. The bedside lights were very dim and not useful for reading in bed. Made for a dark room. That’s my only criticism of this property.

Breakfast was well stocked and Liz was very attentive to her guests. Front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming to their guests.

Room was clean and large with plenty of space. Very comfortable bed, sheets and towels. Wonderful toiletries in room. Quiet hotel outside of city.Enjoyed breakfast with variety of choices. Plenty of tables for breakfast and even trays to take food to room. Variety of hot beverages in lobby all day. Really enjoyed our stay will be back.

Good place to kick back

Excellent hotel! Wonderful breakfast! Just know that although there are only 2 floors there is no elevator. I would absolutely recommend!

Sink was somewhat clogged. Couldn’t get top off of shower cleanser. Walls are paper thin. Staff was very nice

The housekeeping staff saw us exiting on our second day and asked if we wanted room service - a very nice gesture. Shows the staff care and operate at an above average level. The indoor pool and hot tub were nice bonuses. This is a solid hotel that deserves its 4 + star rating. It delivered exactly as advertised and then some. I recommend.
