Clean property. Everything was tidy and staff were friendly. Also a decent breakfast and pool room. Only downside is no elevator to the 2nd floor. But I’m guessing they are probably willing to accommodate those who can’t take stairs by putting them in a room on ground level. Excellent stay overall.

It is a 10! This is a new modern hotel that is extremely clean and well designed with large well equipped rooms including a refrigerator, microwave oven, hair drier, coffee maker, and large TV with plenty of channels. A full free tasty breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, good coffee, juice and lots more is included. There is a nice large swimming pool and hot tub with exercise area. The staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this property and I plan to return there.

It felt like a friend’s home and my family loved it. The place was also very clean and kept up well. No elevators but we were ok with that.

This hotel was a gem! I was worried because there was no one else there on the night we stayed, but it was just a quiet night in town altogether. The hotel is very comfortable, the jetted tub was great, and the staff was super nice and helpful. We will definitely be back there!

An amazing staff, so welcoming and kind. We came in late and had a quick check in. A place is very clean, very well maintained and right on a way to the waterfalls and hikes around. Great spot for a lay over or a few night stay!!

Our room was comfortable, but the air conditioning units are extremely loud, not just our own, but also those of neighboring guests. We slept without A/C and couldn’t have a window open. As such it was an uncomfortable warm night.

Very nice and clean. Loved the jetted tub. Breakfeast ok, the usual waffles, eggs and a meat. Cold cereal , Danish. Coffee was very good. My only complaint no grab bar in the shower, thankfully the soap/ shampoo dispenser was firmly attached to the wall and I was able to grab that. Shower curtain pretty much useless, ended up with a huge puddle on the floor. Easy to find hotel, parking ok. Coffee machine in room only makes tiny cups, but there is coffee at the check in desk with larger cups. Very friendly staff. Lots of excitement thunder storm right above hotel for close to 2 hours with hail, torential downpour even tornado warning. Power stayed on, just lost cable TV but not internet. Will stay again.
