Tailored breakfast to all your dietary needs/concerns. Always available by text for any issues. Felt like I was at home and like I'd known him for years! He clearly loves what he does! Room was super clean. Had a Keurig, wine glasses, cork screw, water in the fridge, air conditioning in room, impeccable attention to detail. Bed was amazing! Common room was very nice. Areas for sitting. A nice porch with chairs/tables for sitting. Felt like you were welcomed into someone's home you know well. Easy parking. Beautiful building.

These people shouldn’t be in hospitality. They are so rude and unhelpful. They never told us the latest we could check in. We were staying for my daughters graduation. We had dinner and by 10 pm the owner said he was returning our deposit and we couldn’t stay there. 10 pm and everything fully booked for graduation and not knowing anyone in the area. When we called to apologize he was yelling and there was nothing to do. He wouldn’t wait for us to do the check in but then he spent an hour giving back the deposit and sending emails. Terrible experience very unprofessional.

What a marvelous snowy getaway at 2W Lake B&B! Host Clark was attentive, responsive, and provided a wealth of knowledge about the area. We especially enjoyed relaxing conversations with him after he served sumptuous morning meals. The room was immaculate, well-appointed, and quite cozy with a stunning lake view. Highly recommend!!

The house itself is absolutely beautiful - the interior is fresh, clean and has a homely feel to it. Clark is an amazing host, communicated very well and was accommodating about our various arrival times! He made a beautiful breakfast for us and made sure any dietary requirements were catered for. The area is lovely, we visited the restaurant over the road for dinner which was lovely. Can not recommend this property enough, everything was absolutely perfect.

Clark is an excellent host. The Victorian house is well appointed with comfortable rooms. The artwork is an unexpected extra.

This B n B was outstanding for my wife and I. The town is small and quaint with good food and a nice walk through town. Clark the owner was so nice and gave us a rundown of the town and where to eat. The house was beautiful and out room was super clean with an amazingly comfortable bed. The view was amazing to behold with view of the lake and town center. In the morning Clark cooked us an amazing frittata with chicken sausage while giving us amazing conversation. Recommend this place 10 times out of 10 it is a must see stay in Skaneateles!

The location, the Innkeeper, the breakfast and the coziness all blended together to make this trip wonderful. It was all wonderful. The bathroom was a little small but fine for two people.

Great stay in Skaneateles, the attention to detail and the customer service at this B&B were outstanding. The location ideal and one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Thank you to Clark for making my trip so amazing. I will definitely return.
