Great loation

The location is perfect. This was more like a B&B right in the heart of town. You can walk to the lake, shops and restaurants. Check in was super easy and friendly. Julie was great. The room was clean except for a towel that was stained. Not sure how it passed the clean test. Besides that the room felt somewhat damp. The AC unit filter needs to be replaced or something along those lines so it can work properly. The bed was comfortable. I would stay here again but need AC to be working properly.

The location was amazing! You are truly in the heart of the town and you can easily walk to shops, restaurants, bakeries and the water. The free parking lot for guests in the rear of the property was very convenient - especially on busy weekends. It offers a modern bed and breakfast feel, with a lovely wrap around porch to enjoy in the daytime or evenings. The attention to detail was high! There were blankets for the guests to use at the porch, beach towels and free snacks and beverages in the room. There is no elevator so it would be nice to have luggage assistance, but I was well aware of that when booking.

Perfect location, beautiful front porch for relaxing, and everything we needed was easily accessible!! I loved the small premade bags of ice!! Great idea!! Oh, and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable!!

Surpassed my expectations

We were so glad we chose to stay here. It is a convenient walk to everything in the town of Skaneateles. The staff was very pleasant and friendly, and very attentive to our needs when we had difficulty with our tv. We enjoyed our time on the front porch. The bed was very comfortable, and parking was also very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was as delightful as it possibly could have been. The location was perfect, an easy walk into town with beautiful views of the lake. The service was outstanding, and both the hotel and our room were spotless. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the property that made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.
