Perfect location, beautiful front porch for relaxing, and everything we needed was easily accessible!! I loved the small premade bags of ice!! Great idea!! Oh, and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable!!

We were so glad we chose to stay here. It is a convenient walk to everything in the town of Skaneateles. The staff was very pleasant and friendly, and very attentive to our needs when we had difficulty with our tv. We enjoyed our time on the front porch. The bed was very comfortable, and parking was also very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was as delightful as it possibly could have been. The location was perfect, an easy walk into town with beautiful views of the lake. The service was outstanding, and both the hotel and our room were spotless. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the property that made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

Lovely little place in great location. Walk to town and everything. Clean, very comfortable bed and linens. Complimentary snacks were really nice too!

Great location. Comfortable and clean, but very basic rooms with no indoor common area. No breakfast or bar, but short walk to coffee shop, pub, and restaurants More of a small B&B without the breakfast than a hotel.

We had a quick overnight stay and had a lovely experience. Check in/check out was easy, the room was nice, spacious and clean. They provided a few free snacks and drinks which was a nice touch. The bed was comfy and we didn't hear much street noise. Super close to all the shops and restaurants and lakeside attractions. Easy parking in a lot instead of on the street. Great stay!

Unique property, one block off main street. Beautiful wrap around porch. Complimentary beverages and packaged breakfast/snack items in your room. Keurig and pods. Arrived late and received text with code to get in. Prior to arrival Julie was really helpful. Would definitely recommend this property. Nothing

Location was great. Brown water came out of the shower when first turning it on. Air Conditioner was VERY loud. Bed was too low to the ground.

The hotel was quaint and had a large veranda to sit outside and enjoy morning coffee while relaxing. There was an a/c unit next to the bed that was a little loud when it would come on. Otherwise it's a perfect place to stay!
