There was no clock. So no alarm. No microwave or mini fridge the pool was disgusting and unusable. And took 20 mins for a staff member to get to the office for us to be checked in.

When I walked in my room, it smelt really bad like cigarettes that was trash all over the floor, and the bed was not made look like somebody literally just jumped out of the bed

They had no towels the pool was green the microwave was nasty no one cleaned my room for the 5 days I was there
