My visits are always friendly safe and comfortable no problems highly recommended

Staff was very friendly and check in was easy. I wish they had an earlier check in time than 4pm, but we made it work. We had a possible toilet leak when we were out that flooded our room. Staff was quick to spot the issue and when we arrived back from an outing they had already assigned a new room. None of our items were damaged in the flood either. Staff apologized profusely for the room change, but it was completely understandable and out of their control. Rooms were clean as was the rest of the hotel. Elevator was a bit slow, but nothing too bad. Overall we would visit again.

It is a good hotel; the rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the staff was very friendly.

This is the best place to stay in Slidell for the money. I've tried other hotels that are comparable in prices and they are not as good. No complaints on the hotel or staff.

Everything It was hard to cut the AC up and down with the button messed up

The rags and towels were worn out and not good quality. My sheets underneath were dirty.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly and very helpful.We cruise out of New Orleans often and we always stay here the night before we cruise out of N,O, only about 30 min. away.Breakfast was very good,and we always like to eat at China Dragon buffet just down the road from the Hotel the night before.

The biggest thing I didn't care for was, the 25 dollar early check in fee I was charged, for checking in 2 hours early. I thought that was unnecessary. That's really my main complaint.

Overall, a good stay that was quiet and felt safe., Shortcomings included a room fridge that wasn’t cold, not working; bathroom door wasn’t level at the bottom and scraped; most disappointing was the eggs and sausage were actually cold. Wow!

My only complaint would be tv reception, channel availability and look like 480i resolution

Room was clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Close to great food options, shopping and the interstate. My go to when I just want to get away.

The staff was superb. They were efficient, helpful, and friendly. The bed was comfy. There was adequate counter space in the bathroom. The room was equipped good. The breakfast foods were not hot or even hardly warm. There should be a better way of keeping the breakfast items at appropriate temperatures. The carpeting in the stairwells was very stained and didn't look like they had been cleaned for quite a period of time.
