The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean, but the smell in rooms were horrible. The carpet is old and everything need to be updated. I did switch rooms just to verify that the room I had was not the problem. Both rooms did have the same odor.

We had a two queen bed room and it was very clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a variety of food options with the included breakfast, too.

Hotel is located in walking distance to shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. I would stay there again.

Super clean hotel, staff nice, no funky smells, breakfast was less than desirable, I went to chic-fil-a in the adjoining parking lot with McDonalds. Bath towels need updating.

Staff was very friendly and check in was easy. I wish they had an earlier check in time than 4pm, but we made it work. We had a possible toilet leak when we were out that flooded our room. Staff was quick to spot the issue and when we arrived back from an outing they had already assigned a new room. None of our items were damaged in the flood either. Staff apologized profusely for the room change, but it was completely understandable and out of their control. Rooms were clean as was the rest of the hotel. Elevator was a bit slow, but nothing too bad. Overall we would visit again.

This is the best place to stay in Slidell for the money. I've tried other hotels that are comparable in prices and they are not as good. No complaints on the hotel or staff.
