Perfect location on the way home to AL from Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans Lemon infused water offered in the lobby . Nothing comes to mind

Breakfast was good and the location was good. Check in went wrong, they checked us in under a different guests name. The staff was initially a little rude, but improved. The room smelled of dampness and mildew. The pool was un attended to, it was filthy and unusable. Pools are important when we travel as our children look forward to swimming.

Room were okay. Sheets weren’t clean. Called down to the front desk about an upstairs guest running back and forth. The guy working the desk stated he would walk through and call them. But that was not the case. They were running across the room until 2am.

Excellent guest services. Could use more handicap parking. Very hard to get you turn off guase Blvd. You have to know you are traveling through parking lots behind McDonald's to get there

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was very nice, bed was comfortable and the shower stall was very large. The bathroom even had an exhaust fan, which is hard to find no matter where you're staying. Breakfast was ok, decent choices. Overall, a nice stay. Great location.
