Left 20 minutes after aand charged. Front desk was no help. No front desk in compliance to help me. Disabled.

I gave 1 star because zero stars wasn’t an option. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stay. The “niceness” of the front desk lady is simply not enough to redeem this place. Mud patches on ceiling where insects were building nests. Bedside light fixture had broken off and was hanging by exposed wires. The top of the floor lamp had no bulb and was also hanging by wires. Dirt and grime on the window sill over the a/c. Smoke detector was fully disconnected and on the desk. About 1/2 inch gap between door and door frame. So when the termites swarmed, they basically had unfettered access to the room. Ohhhhh, and upon opening the top drawer of the dresser, we found a used hypodermic needle with no cap on it.

The room had a smell, had silver fish and dirt on the bed sheets . . . bugs flying around , The paint is falling off the ceiling , the digital TV kept buffering . I had lysol spray and bug spray which I sprayed the entire room and got fresh sheets from desk . . . .tolerated the night cause I couldnt get a refund . . . .What a total $ hit hole should have slept in the car

Didn't stay. I pulled up in the parking lot a room door is wide open trashed, another room had the key fob broken off and all over the ground. Another room just simply had the door wide open. The hotel can't possibly be safe.

The staff was pleasant especially Dana. She was attentive to my needs and always had a smile. When I arrived I was given room 118 but when I was putting my clothes away I found Rat droppings in the dresser drawers. The admi said they would give me a different room but since I was staying for a week and it was late at night I would change rooms on the next day after work.

The room has paint spots on the walls I had to get a light bulb from the office. And put it in myself the towels were stained

No hot water low water pressure

I enjoyed my stay it was better than motel 6

The room was extremely dirty and had a terrible smell. Otherwise, the hotel is very centrally located and the city of Slidell and all its amenities are easy to access.

I've stayed in a lot of cheap places but this was the worst. All the furniture is broken nasty and disgusting. No hot water on a Saturday morning. The television sucks. I'm not sure how Expedia even allows this place on their site.

Absolutely nothing They didn't meet the expectations, the amenities didn't meet what they said they had. The staff were extremely rude, the housekeeper tried to fight my girlfriend at checkout. The staff that stayed on sight were constantly smoking weed close to our room

Horror show

You’re literally so close to anything you can possibly want or need you don’t need to drive the staff I’ll give 6 stars if I could my room wasn’t bad it needed touching up which other than that it was fine

Rooms not really clean spiders hanging from ceiling feel like something crawling on you and I never use the blankets and towels always bring my own close to everything though staff okay

I really love the staff I could go on and on about things but I will say this it’s not the Hyatt are the ritz but it’s safe quiet and the staff is really good with you if you need anything I came in at 4:00 in the morning and my room was ready ready… so what I’m trying to say is if you need a place to sleep and you want a comfy bed for the time being this is the place to come I love Nola inn…

1.) the parking lot smells like dumpster trash on fire. 2.) the doors do not close fully or lock. 3.) there’s trash and cigarette butts in the room on the floor. 4.) the smell inside is cigarette and dirty ass scented. 5.) the bathroom was disgusting with pubes on the toilet seat. This place was absolutely filthy and I will never attempt this or recommend it to anyone they shouldn’t even be open

I took pictures and they were so embarrassing. I deleted them. There were holes in the wall on multiple different walls. They asked me to leave a $20 deposit. They literally let me leave without my deposit. I just happened to come back to get it. I was in a room by the office and everybody sat on the steps and smoked all day and night, so I smell cigarette smoking in my room. It was weird.
