Baymont by Wyndham Snyder

Wyndham NEEDS to remove their name from being associated with this trash property. The company just held a really nice golf tournament which exemplified class, comfort and style. Then you have this POS getting by with using it to draw in a customer base. Oil field and data center construction workers have absolutely destroyed everything this place. Horrible beds, only one lamp in the room worked, the carpets were deplorable and let's not even get into the stale smelling AC air. Overall, if this is the what the Wyndham Corp. is going to provide, then the entire company needs to close shop.

The hotel needs to be cleaned. Mattresses need to be changed out with comfortable ones. Breakfast also needs some quality in items. Staff need a little more professional approach.

Everything was OK. Just wish they would buy some new mattresses.

It was ok for the price.

Newer motel that has not been maintained very well. Room had terrible odor. Mattress was so broken down felt like sleeping on the side of a hill. Bathtub was rusted. Mirror had crack all the way across.

1) pool is dirty, hot tub is not operable. Surrounding area broken tiles and dirty including tables and chairs, appears they haven’t been cleaned in months 2) bathtub is old with mold 3) TV is cheap, you have to move wires to get it to work, outlet is exposing 4) AC works but so loud you can’t hear tv 5) Bedding surrounding beds are torn 6) Heater in restroom is at risk for electrical fire. We turned it on for a second smelled horrible so we turned it off immediately Positives Staff was nice enough Breakfast was good and clean Room is clean, carpets are filthy

The room was never cleaned, and there were bedbugs.

Breakfast food was meh, button on 2nd floor elevator didn’t work, side doors were unlocked, dirty all around, most amenities were out of order, only good thing was the quiet and coffee.

Breakfast was good. Lots to choose from. Hotel room clean, ac however was too loud. Hard time falling asleep.

The sofa bed was detached from the frame and unusable. It was also soiled. Disgusting. But we got the suite fore the sofa bed for our little girls. The room said it could sleep six. Needles to say, without the sofa bed we paid for something that the hotel did not offer.

Clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Traveling due to work and laundry amenities did not work 1 out of 2 times. Otherwise, it’s an excellent and comfortable stay.

It was good

Everything looked old and not maintained, starting with lobby. Mattress in rooms were old and concave. Sofa was old and concave. Desk was old and worn. Office chair was torn. Room phone didnt work. Lamp by bed didnt work. There was urine around toilet on floor! Gross!

The beds were very comfortable and the AC worked great! However the carpet by the bathroom was soaking wet when we checked in and room smelled very musty. The staff

I booked 2 rooms. One was ok and the other room wasn’t. TV didn’t work, no hair dryer (only had the base it sits in) coffee provided by hotel didn’t even fit the coffee pot. At 9:30 pm they got us a working TV, found a hair dryer for us but only worked on low. Coffee - not - had to go downstairs to get some. I asked for a little compensation on the price & was told they would have to talk to the owner (big possibly that the owner is middle eastern)& I would receive a call that day. Guess what, I never got a call back. Will never stay there again.

Front desk lady was very patient while I was trying to find my reservation, good location right off the highway, next to a gas station that included a McDonalds, large room, quiet at night One the side of the mattress had a large divet for my butt. It was too late by the time I realized it to ask for another room. Luckily, it was a king size so I could avoid it somewhat.

Staff was excellent... I was on the 3rd floor.. could not access elevator from 3rd floor... had to call the front desk and hope they answered to have the elevator sent up...was a pain ..
