The sofa bed was detached from the frame and unusable. It was also soiled. Disgusting. But we got the suite fore the sofa bed for our little girls. The room said it could sleep six. Needles to say, without the sofa bed we paid for something that the hotel did not offer.

Clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Traveling due to work and laundry amenities did not work 1 out of 2 times. Otherwise, it’s an excellent and comfortable stay.

I booked 2 rooms. One was ok and the other room wasn’t. TV didn’t work, no hair dryer (only had the base it sits in) coffee provided by hotel didn’t even fit the coffee pot. At 9:30 pm they got us a working TV, found a hair dryer for us but only worked on low. Coffee - not - had to go downstairs to get some. I asked for a little compensation on the price & was told they would have to talk to the owner (big possibly that the owner is middle eastern)& I would receive a call that day. Guess what, I never got a call back. Will never stay there again.

good location right off the highway, next to a gas station that included a McDonalds, large room, quiet at night One the side of the mattress had a large divet for my butt. It was too late by the time I realized it to ask for another room. Luckily, it was a king size so I could avoid it somewhat.

Staff was excellent... I was on the 3rd floor.. could not access elevator from 3rd floor... had to call the front desk and hope they answered to have the elevator sent up...was a pain ..

I loved the room very clean and the water was hot in the shower I just loved this day.

The breakfast was good. The staff were really nice and professional. The toilet looked like it was just wiped down not really cleaned. The floor in front of the toilet looked as if someone peed on it. The rest of the room looked nice.

It was conveniently located. The HVAC worked well. When we arrived, there was no toilet paper in the room. There was trash on the floor around the sides of the bed. There were dirty stains on the walls in the room. The first night when we got back to the room, the access cards would not open the door - it took 2 trips to the receptionist to finally get an access card that would open the door to our room. There were not enough pillows on the beds, and when we asked for one more, we were told there were none available. The bathtub is permanently stained. There is an opening in the bathroom wall that needs to be repaired. One of the electrical outlets in the room is dead. The furniture is badly worn, and the fabric on the chair arms is badly torn and damaged. The grounds are unkempt, and tree limbs overhang the sidewalk so low you have a lot of difficulty trying to walk under them. There are broken car stops in the parking lot creating a safety hazard. The sign on the building and the pylon sign are both partially burned out. The overall impression is that this facility is not properly maintained, which is sad because it was properly maintained it would be a nice place to stay.

The desk clerk that checked us in was very friendly and efficient. There are areas of the hotel that are showing some age but it was overall very nice. We had the king suite and it was nice and roomy.

Bigger issue… the hair dryer was broken and front desk had no dryers for my wife to use. Biggest issue… Big greases stains on chair and couch. Stains were sticky as well. Was dirty enough we were afraid to sit on any of furniture
