Laundry was a little expensive but it was clean and cool

TV didn't work. Other than that, it was clean and convenient location

The bathtub was badly stained and deteriorated, the walls had visible damage, the furniture was stained, and there were areas with rust and other maintenance issues. Overall, the room did not feel properly maintained or clean. We were uncomfortable with the condition of the room and documented the problems with photos. Based on our experience, the condition of the property was significantly below what we expected when making the reservation.

Stay was great. Got to room and TV would not come on. Was promptly repaired by front desk personnel, very helpful young man.

Overall okay store. Rooms are very dated, and rust stains in bathtubs. Televisions do not work.

Everything was great except our remote did not work...front desk took it said they would be back with another..they never returned with a remote..so no tv

There was some needed maintenance, particularly in the pool area. No one had cleaned behind the bathroom door in a while.

The first room I was assigned was inadequately stocked and poorly maintained. There was no shampoo, no Kleenex, and only about one-eighth of a roll of toilet paper remaining. The air conditioner did not work, the television did not work, and the room was not clean. The carpet appeared heavily stained and dirty, and there were fleas in the room. When I returned to the front desk to request a different room, there was once again no staff member available. The only way to reach someone was by calling the hotel's main phone number. After another delay, I was finally assigned a second room. Unfortunately, the second room was nearly as bad as the first, except it did not have fleas. The television worked, but the internet did not. The room contained only one towel and one washcloth. The bathtub drain plug was missing, making it impossible to fill the tub. I had to use the only washcloth available to block the drain so I could take a bath. There was no Iron or ironing board in the room. Additionally, there was a large rust-stained area around the tub's overflow drain, and the wall behind the tub appeared to be rotted and in poor condition. It was disgusting. Overall, the condition of both rooms and the lack of available staff made this one of the worst hotel experiences I've had in quite some time.

Staff was friendly but not very educated about the system. Couldn't find over reservation for two rooms ! Finally found it after about 10 mins. Run down rooms, not enough light, broken lamp shade. Internet not stable going in and out. TV in a friend's room was not working she called front desk asked them to check it and they never came.

When I reached my room I found the room had not been cleaned, after waiting quite awhile for front desk help I was given a different room. Evidently the room was next to housekeeping who started slamming doors, waking me up. The noise continued all morning. The beds are terrible and the property is very run down.

This property has seen better days and the beds are horrible.

Room had standing water in the bathtub, front desk was hard to reach. There was a tear in the sofa. No AC in the lobby or elevator.

Didn't have breakfast, it wasn't very appealing. The mattress was worn out. It was sunken in the middle of the bed. The bed skirt was ripped. The lighting was very poor in the room and especially the bathroom. The tub was rusted. Grout was missing in yhe bathroom floor. The tank cover on tolit was broken. There was something splattered over bath door. One of the worst rooms I've ever stayed in. I wouldn't recommend at all. Outside light shown in room at night.
