The room and hotel was clean. The staff was just okay. They seemed to be challenged if your are a guest who booked the room through a third party site. The A/C unit in the room was extremely loud. The first two times it came on, I thought it was a truck outside my window. The third time I went to the window to look and that was when I realized I it was the unit. Thank God I packed ear plugs or I would have experienced a sleepless night.

Indoor pool was like ice even the kids would not get in that’s one of the main reasons we stay because of the indoor pool and the beds were like bricks I always stay at the Hampton but this trip was very sad and kids were very disappointed

Nice stay and clean. The prices I paid. I think they raised the prices because of graduation ceremonies at the college there. I was attending our granddaughters graduation.
