In addition, when I asked the person behind the computer screen if there would be an actual employee in the office when I checked out the next day, he said that he would be there in person. Of course, he was not. I had to deal with another person behind the screen on the zoom call. It didn't help matters that a Day's Inn virtual employee lied to me. Not a great business model. How can I ever trust Day's Inn again? I certainly will share my negative experience with my peers and colleagues.

Older hotel not in the best shape

Pool was drained. Propertboutside was dirty and not well maintained. Room itself was pretty clean. Bed was comfortable.

No desk chair, no coffee cups, pool was dirty, didnt get the ground floor rooms we asked for, robot person in screen checking you in - wasnt paying total attention to what you were needing

This was the only motel with a room available at the last moment anywhere near Snyder. Luckily I was driving my White 4x4 pickemup (Retired Engineer) and we fit right in with all the construction/oilfield workers. Who made us feel right at home. Lady at the front desk was really nice. Guys even moved the pickup parked in front of our room without us asking, so we could have better access. Room was clean, bed comfortable, AC was quiet and we could not hear the compressor kick on and off. The entire complex went dead quiet right at 10pm. Our only gripe was the TV remote had no batteries. But we don't watch much Motel TV anyway, as we both have tablets and smartphones. The entire complex emptied out at dawn. We slept until 8:30am. The air conditioning was very lacking. It was off when I arrived at 3pm in July for the 4th with friends and family. Turned it on and set it on 74 degrees F and left. When I got back late that evening it was not 74 degrees more like 84 degrees. I was tried, took a shower. stayed wet and slept on top of the covers. I the morning it still the same temp and when leaving the safety latch was off set and wouldn't unlatch and I wiggled the door around to try and line up the latch and very small, short screws started to fall out. This safety latch wouldn't hold back a 6-year-old child. Had to call front desk to get property maintainer to get me out of the room. Not impressed with this stay.

I would strongly recommend that travelers avoid this property. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because it advertised a swimming pool. I reserved three rooms for my group based on the amenities shown in the listing. Upon arrival, we discovered that the pool was completely closed and unusable. What was even more disappointing was the condition of the pool. The water was dark green, stagnant, and filled with insects. It appeared that the pool had not been maintained for a long time and may not have been operational for quite some time. This was clearly not a temporary closure or maintenance issue. The hotel continued to advertise a pool despite it being unavailable and in a condition that made it obvious guests could not use it. Had we known the truth, we would have chosen another property. If access to a pool is important to you, do not rely on the information provided in this listing. I believe the description and photos are misleading and do not accurately reflect the current state of the property. Very disappointed with this experience and would not stay here again.

The room was absolutely disgusting there was boogers smeared in two different walls. I have pictures. The staff, they could’ve answered the phone- answered my text messages- cleaned the room, actually provided a real breakfast

House keeping was wonderful always check on us The pool not in use it was in the 100 Also our ac was struggling because it was so hot and wasn’t cleaned properly before our stay

I checked in the evening with clerk on computer/TV screen. The new wave of the future. Works fine.

Checkin took a long time. Clerk thought it would be cute to make fun of my name.Advertised a pool. But it was empty/closed. Room was dirty. Toilet was broken would not fill up with water unless you went into tank to release valve. Then it ran all night. Too much noise

Was told the pool was open and available for us to enjoy…upon arrival (24 hours after I called to ask about the pool) we saw the pool hasn’t had water in it in years….the photos of this property look NOTHING like what it actually is! I have photos!

Ac wasnt working in first room i was it , took two hours to switch me rooms

This property was the worst one we stayed at for our 9 day road trip. There was a kiosk in place of a person during business hours. The manager was called away so the kiosk person was the contact person. No machines for drinks/snacks were in working order, the ice machine didn't work, the pre-packaged breakfast was outdated.

Close to venue My peers stayed at a different place they had pool and cooked breakfast everyday. I had go ask for a banana. My frig didn’t work I could keep leftovers cold
