Days Inn by Wyndham Snyder

I would strongly recommend that travelers avoid this property. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because it advertised a swimming pool. I reserved three rooms for my group based on the amenities shown in the listing. Upon arrival, we discovered that the pool was completely closed and unusable. What was even more disappointing was the condition of the pool. The water was dark green, stagnant, and filled with insects. It appeared that the pool had not been maintained for a long time and may not have been operational for quite some time. This was clearly not a temporary closure or maintenance issue. The hotel continued to advertise a pool despite it being unavailable and in a condition that made it obvious guests could not use it. Had we known the truth, we would have chosen another property. If access to a pool is important to you, do not rely on the information provided in this listing. I believe the description and photos are misleading and do not accurately reflect the current state of the property. Very disappointed with this experience and would not stay here again.

I checked in the evening with clerk on computer/TV screen. The new wave of the future. Works fine.

Checkin took a long time. Clerk thought it would be cute to make fun of my name.Advertised a pool. But it was empty/closed. Room was dirty. Toilet was broken would not fill up with water unless you went into tank to release valve. Then it ran all night. Too much noise

Was told the pool was open and available for us to enjoy…upon arrival (24 hours after I called to ask about the pool) we saw the pool hasn’t had water in it in years….the photos of this property look NOTHING like what it actually is! I have photos!

Ac wasnt working in first room i was it , took two hours to switch me rooms

No room service. Not enough toilet paper.

Person in office was very helpful .

Clean room, helpful staff but key kept failing, every time i would leave the room and tried to open the door when i returned the key stopped working and i would have to go into the office to get a new key. Mind you i was with little ones. Aside from the key everything else was smooth.

Booked it for the pool. Got there, pool is completely empty, but pictures show a nice kept pool. Tv remote didn't work, stuck on the Spanish channel. Called and waited for someone to come, unfortunately they came the minute after we left to go to a store. AC barely got cool. At the end of the stay my son lost something so we took blankets and pillows off only to find an old room key in the sheets. Just EWWW!!!

No elevator

nothing all parking taken up by trucks and trailers. Bed had a bug on the pillow, so we left. Was hard to get a refund. Still don't know if it went through. In the lobby we were greeted by a person on a screen. He was nice but unable to do things for us. He called the manager who was mad that she was disturbed, and treated us horribly.

This was the only hotel available when George Strait was in Lubbock otherwise I would've left. You have to check in with a kiosk, there is no front desk help. The 1st room i was given was under construction, then I was told room 230 was not the one I went to that was labeled 230 but a room on the 1st floor near the front desk that didn't even have a room number on it. That 2nd room only had one bed when I reserved 2 beds. Back to the kiosk I go, 3rd room was already occupied! Their belongings all over the bed, glad I didn't walk in on anyone. 4th room which wasn't even ready before we had to leave for the concert was ok. It was only one night but if there were other options, I would've left.
