The check-in process was with a man on a screen totally no personal interaction with anyone. There was a big sign up that said if you wanted a refund you had to let them know within 15 minutes. Well we had gotten to the room started unpacking and folded down the covers and found bugs. Unable to get a refund because the 15 minutes had already passed. The room was tiny with no amenities except a small microwave. Very dissatisfied and there wasn't even anyone to complain to because all you got was a person on a screen that wasn't even in the hotel

It was an absolute dump. Rooms and lobby smelled awful and there was a kiosk with a person on other end instead of a receptionist. The place looked like I'd get robbed at gun point by roaches.

After staying there 5 or 6 times I was told I was not allowed to stay there anymore cause I was a local..not only that there were several cockroaches in my room when I was there other than that everything was great

My room did have a kitchenette

The location was fine. Snyder is small and it didn't seem like a bad area. Quiet at night. Beds were clean and comfortable When I booked online, it said I was getting a two BEDROOM suite, but when I called to ask about a different matter, I was told it was two BEDS in one room. The online booking also said this motel is pet friendly. I put a note in saying I had two well behaved dogs (I know they typically reserve certain rooms for pets). When I checked in, I was told they do NOT accept pets, however the rep reached out to the owner and they did make an exception with an extra charge (to be expected). When entering the room, it looked NOTHING like the photos advertised. The laminate floors were bubbling in places, old paint splatter on the floor, floors were dirty, couch was not clean and when Iifted the cushion, it didn't look like it had been cleaned out in YEARS. Full of crumbs and dirt! This room was NOTHING like what was advertised!

The hotel was decent for the price. It’s not my usual type of place but they did have refrigerators and I had food that needed to be kept cold. The kitchen didn’t have any cookware so I was unable to use the food I brought and had to get a pizza for dinner. Overall it’s not bad for the price.

Rooms didnt quite look like advertised, small and cramped. Booked so my family could come visit and there was a small bed and no other areas to sleep

Lady at the front desk was very nice I booked a 3 bed but they only had a 2 bed when I checked in. It’s pretty much a man camp so at night all you could smell was weed when you walked In your room and there was a beeping noise in the morning from another room like from a smoke alarm or something.

Besides the virtual front desk thing which I don’t like, but that’s fine. Room was small but then I’ve come to make it a cozy place for my week stay. Shower was on point. Beds were comfortable great A/C Cable was good I really enjoyed my stay. Nothing bad to say.
