The room was totally unacceptable. Carpet is super old and had dark stains like someone vomited on it, otherwise dogs had bad accidents. The room smelled bad. Most importantly, the bed looks like it was left unmade for the next guest. The pillows looked beat up, smelt bad, and old looking. Sorry, I needed a good rest after a long road trip and thanks God we were able to find another hotel last minute which was super clean and had very comfortable beds. This property needs a total uplift. Not recommended.

The lady at the front desk was nice but but for $137 room I had to strip the bed of dirty linens and get clean linens from the front desk and make my own bed. The room wasn't cleaned at all.

We found this hotel after a disastrous experience with a different hotel in another town. They were very helpful and we had a wonderful stay.

It was close to colliseum. AC was quite. Room was large enough. Breakfast was OK. Ice machine was not working. Very inconvenient. Parking on fence side was terrible when workers are parking their big trucks there. We were not able to get out one day. Extremely dangerous if you have a fire or need an ambulance, you could not have access to rooms. Sheets didn't fit king size bed well, kept coming off. Water was set too hot in bathrooms and had trouble adjusting it cooler.

Our stay at this hotel was all around great, from accommodations to location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We have no complaints about our stay. It was very enjoyable.

The floor/carpet was filthy stained and not vacuumed. The counter, sink, floor in bathroom area was dirty with hair and god knows what. Even the walls were dirty. The shower curtain was gross. The beds were awful with old sunken in mattresses. Trust me when I tell you it was filthy and gross. Not just super outdated and old, but dirty and disgusting. I didn’t even go see what they may have had for breakfast because based on the room I wasn’t about to risk eating a thing there. I couldn’t pack up and leave fast enough, I wish I’d just slept in my truck and not wasted the $86 it cost with taxes and fees.

Had electrical worked on day before and there was no hot water until following morning. Bathroom was filthy and had hair and grime in it.

Someone went into my room after we checked in and left our curtain open. The lights were out for a while. Bathroom was molded and had cracks everywhere.

The only gray cloud was there was no bacon at the breakfast, lol.

One of my go to stops. Always pleasant.

Clean and affordable

This was the worst stay of my life! We checked in after a very long day of driving and were given a room on the 2nd floor. Asked about ice and was told that the ice machine was broken. After dragging all of our luggage up stairs, past a group sitting outside their rooms drinking beer, we discovered the room was dirty. Sheets on one bed had visible lipstick and dirt on them and bugs when the covers were pulled back. The other bed was full of dirt crumbs. I called down and reported the condition and the girl who checked me in asked if I wanted to come and get clean sheets. I told her I would rather have a clean room. Went back to the desk where I was given a different room on the first floor. The desk agent barely spoke to me and certainly didn't seem to care that we had been placed in a dirty room. We moved everything down only to realize this room was not much better. Sheet looked slept in and the furniture was stained. Bathtub had a dirt ring around it, paint peeling off the ceiling and the counters were grimy. I had no faith that moving again would help. We slept in our clothes after covering the bed with towels and using our jackets for cover. I didn't even want to walk on the carpet without at least socks on. Showered in the morning wearing our flip flops. Went down to grab a quick bite to eat to find that all of the food was wiped out by the time we arrived at 6:40 am. I couldn't wait to leave this place in my rear view. Do NOT stay here!

My Ac wasn’t working they had fans tha did not help at all

Bathroom was still dirty. Hair on the floor. Counters clearly had not been wiped as the tissue paper holder had lots of dust on it. Mirror was filled with streaks. Faucet was filthy Shower faucet leaked

My room was dirty. The sheets had been slept in and bot changed. The bathroom had not been cleaned.

Definite issue with smoke smell and cleanliness. I opened the door to my first room and the smell of cigarette smoke was so strong that I didn't even go in the room. The key card to my second room didn't work and she had to get me a new one. That room also smelled like cigarette smoke although not as bad as the first. The third room was more tolerable so I stick with it, but I still got the hint of cigarette smoke throughout my time in the room. There is also an issue with the cleanliness of the room. One of the pillows smelled like it hadn't been washed, there were someone else's hairs in the bathtub and I had to use my own cleaning wipe to clean off the toilet seat. This is supposed to be a smoke free facility but it is definitely not. Unfortunately I cannot recommend it.

The room was clean but furniture was worn out in spots. Mattress needs replacing. Dip in it. Ice machine was broken. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good

Parking was small.

Staff was nice, room smelt horrible like smoke, all of our belongings stink, our kids asthma got so bad in this "non-smoking" room, sheets with stains, there was pee all over the toilet and shampoo grime on the bath tub with light bulbs unscrewed as if someone else had been staying there.
