The staff were friendly. The room was decent size, bed wasnt super comfortable but not terrible. The pool area being open 24hrs was nice. Very easy place to adult and relax or bring the kids. The place lacks an elevator for getting your heavy bags to the second floor. Really my only complaint.

Staff was nice and breakfast was good I think we got one of the worst rooms on the lot. Very noisy with sirens and behind a tree which blocks light and view of the courtyard

Location, pool area, breakfast, gardens Large Pickup truck blocking main entrance everyday,

The room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was OK. Fairly typical for an American Hotel breakfast, but nothing outstanding. The pool looked good, but did not use it on this occasion. The breakfast offering could use some thought and work.

The hotel is very charming. The rooms are nice and updated without being too modern. The grounds are simply lovely, and the private patio was a perfect spot for morning coffee. The breakfast was good, but could’ve had a few more options. It was mostly just pastries, cereal, bread. I would’ve liked a few more choices, especially things with protein.

Good location for traveling to Sonoma wineries and downtown Sonoma. Breakfast was very good. Wifi was hit or miss and our service wasn’t good in the room either. Rooms are a little dated.

The rooms were really nice. Also enjoyed the grounds, pool, and jacuzzi. Staff was excellent and there was a nice morning breakfast.

Have been travelling for more than a month .. this was our most comfortable stay! They do so many things so well .. good size room, comfy bed, great bathroom including a non slip mat for the shower over the bath(extra marks for this one), night light in the bathroom, ceiling fans , secure parking and last but not least a great breakfast! Thank you so much for making it so comfortable Nothing at all

I liked everything about el Pueblo. I would like to come back with a bottle of wine and just enjoy the grounds.
-
Superior service and accommodations in every way. Friendly and helpful staff, spotless facilities.
-
The grounds were beautiful & well maintained & the rooms were very clean despite the age of the complex. Complimentary breakfast was above & beyond & so welcoming. The technology for charging areas in the rooms were almost non existent. The bed was terribly uncomfortable one of the wurst in my travels & the ac unit was so loud it woke us up in the night, although when we mentioned to the front desk they came & fixed it right away.

The property was beautiful with lush greenery, fountains, pool with a hot tub. Close to road so there was traffic noise
-
Loved the atmosphere and landscaping, easy parking, retro vibe with modern amenities. Nice pool and spa. Bathroom a bit dated and “rustic”
-
Absolutely adorable!! Beautiful landscaping!
-
Amazing location, clean rooms, super comfortable bed, friendly helpful staff, gorgeous pool and gardens. Nothing

The grounds of the hotel are lovely - there are old growth trees and very nice landscaping. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean. We were there on a holiday weekend, so perhaps my review is skewed because we paid holiday weekend/ Bottle Rock pricing. The lighting and decor in the room are very cold, clinical. So much could change with better lighting to create a warm atmosphere. The cheap flooring and no rugs are fine for a country economy motel, but when you pay city pricing, you expect a little more.

Pool area is lovely Furnishings in rooms could be updated. Bed was very comfortable.
