Staff provided top tier service and the accommodations were amazing. Our spa treatments were phenomenal and I loved the use of the Roman bath, steam room sauna, mineral spa and cold showers. Also loved that we could pay to go back to the spa pools sans kids for a wonderful couple get away break.

Very happy with my weekend stay
-
beautiful property. having to use the bellhop delayed our unpacking by 30 min. just carry your own bags. the valet was not included and they wanted $50 per day for the stay. at $900 a night we didn't expect to wait 10 min at the front desk to check in. but they did find a room for us an hour early allowing has to make our busy schedule. on check out we were billed an additional $60 amenities fee. we got them to reverse it but it took another 10 min for them to print a physical copy and resolve the issue. we waited again for 10 min for valet to retrieve our car on departure. easier to use street parking. staff were courteous and nice

Wonderful experience

The spa was one of the highlights of my stay. Rosa gave me the vegan wrap treatment, and it was wonderful. She was warm, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience feel relaxing and restorative. I also had a Watsu session with Laura, which was absolutely incredible. Her skill, calm presence, and intuitive approach created one of the most peaceful experiences I've ever had. The food was excellent, and every meal was thoughtfully prepared. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the staff. Everyone I encountered was authentic, genuinely friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. It's rare to find hospitality that feels so natural rather than scripted, and I felt truly welcome throughout my stay. I left feeling rested, cared for, and already looking forward to returning.

It was such a beautiful property and gardens everywhere. Pool and spa were very special. The only downside was the spa food. Way overpriced and sadly didn’t even wanna finish it.

The room was good. Bed comfortable and bathroom spacious.

Beautiful resort in a great location in Sonoma. The staff were friendly and helpful, the pool and grounds were beautiful, and our room was lovely and roomy. We also really enjoyed the shuttle to the plaza!
-
The Fairmont had comfortable rooms, nice amenities, and a shuttle to downtown Sonoma. Felt more dated but was clean and comfortable.

Everyone was so friendly! The service was amazing, the rooms, the food, all of the above. We couldn’t rave more about how amazing this hotel is! Everything was wonderful.
