Hampton Inn & Suites Mishawaka/South Bend at Heritage Square

I will definitely be back. Very clean, Staff was so friendly, Alot of variety things for breakfast.

The bed was incredible with fresh linens & a magnificent television. We really liked the privacy of the door being around the corner in our particular room. We also enjoyed having a mini fridge & microwave. Room 201 did NOT get hot water for about 30 minutes. Front desk was happy to help “reset” it but even still; we were made to run the sink which ultimately backed up and we had to turn it off. We couldn’t just shower when we wanted. It was an atrocious inconvenience. We were told it was “because room 201 is the furthest from the boiler” after paying over $450 for ONE night and $25 for incidentals that was never returned to us.

Everything was awesome. The only suggestion I have is a mandatory sanitizer station before entering the buffet for breakfast. Germs are at an all time high and not everyone is considerate of the next person. Sneezing coughing in their hand or wiping their nose then touching the serving utensils is not safe at all. Breakfast was good and room was clean and comfy.

Breakfast was as mediocre as it gets. Showers were not hot. Front desk was downright rude. It was too noisy to sleep. Drain flies in bathroom.

The lady working at the front desk Wednesday evening was mot friendly at all. All other staff were nice, I do like this hotel.

Location was great!

When we attempted to converse with someone at the desk, there was no one there on each occasion. Although we appreciate the oatmeal that is available at breakfast, the only milk to be had is 2% milk. I am lactose intolerant, like many people, and I do not think it would be too much to ask for some sort of lactose-free milk. The rooms themselves need updating. The tub and shower are quaint, the carpet needed replacing and everything had a worn-out look. Most troubling of all is that there were several dogs that were apparently staying in the rooms with their owners. I am allergic to them. If I unknowingly had stayed in a room that had housed a dog, I would be calling my lawyer right now.

Nice quiet, clean hotel in area with plenty of stores and restaurants. Would not hesitate to make a stop at this hotel along my travels.

I love the Hampton Inn. Never disappoints. Friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms and great breakfast choices! At this location young people (teens mostly) were driving golf carts all around outside. In the entrance-way of the hotel, around the parking lot.

Every other day maid service is unacceptable.

Everything but the bed itself The bed was lumpy and a wire frame. Would have loved something more comfortable to fit with literally everything else which was excellent.
