Basically everything Our room had a powered window shade at the window. But there was nothing that explained this. And the check in person did not tell us either, so we thought that the shade was broken. It would not go up or down by working it manually. We had to leave it up all night long, which was inconvenient. May b have instructions posted in the room on how to work the shade.

The distance from the interstate entrance led to backtracking and driving in circles for a bit early in the morning. It wasn't the fault of the hotel, of course.

We had a great experience visiting family. Only 4 stars because the lamp shades were busted in both rooms and there was dust on corners/on top of furniture but nothing that was outrageous or made me feel like the rooms were unclean. Would definitely stay again though! Breakfast was awesome with scrambled eggs, pancakes, bacon, biscuits&gravy, oatmeal, warm cinnamon rolls, and ofc the usual dry goods. Pool was clean and warm. Staff was friendly and very helpful when our toilet wouldn’t flush. Very nice to stay somewhere that shows they care.

I felt it was clean and good location. Friday 8/21/2026 no coffee until 8am Friday night no hot water Saturday 8/22/2026 no breakfast at all except cereal - no hot foods plus pancake maker broken and only one coffee working no half half until asked repeatedly for it Sunday 8/23/2026 no hot water

Only two complaints. Bath tub (shower) was extremely slippery, plus there was only one grab bar. My wife and I felt uncomfortable / unsafe, to the extent we had to shop for water shoes, found some at Dick’s Sporting Goods. Second issue is toilet is too low. Was difficult to sit down or stand up.

The front desk receptionist, though good at her job, was not overly friendly, which is unusual for this hotel. Everything else important was great. The rest across the ealkway where breakfast was served was excellent
