Ivy Court Inn & Suites

Passable

Very clean room and well maintained grounds. The proximity to the Notre Dame campus was perfect for my visit.

I really enjoyed my stay at Ivy Court Inn. The hotel has a very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere, and my room was clean, nicely arranged, and comfortable. The A/C worked perfectly and kept the room nice and cool. Breakfast was very good and beautifully presented, and the staff was consistently courteous and friendly. My only complaint was the very low water pressure in the shower, which made showering a little uncomfortable. Other than that, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

Exceptional

We happened to be at the property during a weekend youth soccer tournament. So kids having fun in the pool and visiting rooms was apparent. Definitely get a room with water view if available and within your budget. 3 floor building make it very nice - must be soundproofed don't hear anything from any adjacent or above. 15 minutes from Traverse City and the Peninsula. Highly recommended Modern Bird if you want an amazing eclectic Supper menu. All in all glad we booked this property.

Exceptional

Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location is perfect for proximity to campus. Would definitely stay there again.

Location, room size Bathroom fixtures are old. How water takes long time. They need to invest in hot water circulation

Exceptional

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Very pleasant and quiet but also close to the university, shopping and some of the other town attractions. Staff were helpful and the breakfast was great. Homemade breakfast burritos and over easy eggs. Definitely would stay again.

The staff was friendly, the breakfast was better than most hotels, the eggs were freshly cooked, and the breakfast staff was wonderful.

Close to campus, lots of room, beds were comfortable, great breakfast, the air conditioner fan in the bedroom in Room 27 was emitting an annoying sound, needs fixing. Friendly staff.

Good!

Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very pleasant. Clerk when we checked in was very helpful and professional. First class Inn. Nothing

Convenient location and very thoughtful little touches like fruit and cookies as well as a really delicious breakfast. Cute porch easy parking and a nice stay.

Nothing

Elevator was broken but location was great! Breakfast was wonderful Location and breakfast

Stayed here a couple times a few years ago; first time back. Would stay here again. Pros: A nice place, well-located near Notre Dame. Generally clean, comfortable, and pleasant. Room was made-up between our two nights without us asking. Good breakfast in nice breakfast room. Cons: Double beds, even though there was adequate space in our room for queens. As is so often the case, lighting could be better. And, compared with prior trips, the place is feeling just a little bit run-down. Elevator was out of order, curtains were shabby, and the exterior vinyl siding seems shot. Makes me wonder if they're gearing up to sell out.

When I was staying there, the elevator wasn't working.

The location, the service, and the friendly staff—it's a welcoming place When I was staying there, the elevator wasn't working.
