Convenient location and very thoughtful little touches like fruit and cookies as well as a really delicious breakfast. Cute porch easy parking and a nice stay.

Stayed here a couple times a few years ago; first time back. Would stay here again. Pros: A nice place, well-located near Notre Dame. Generally clean, comfortable, and pleasant. Room was made-up between our two nights without us asking. Good breakfast in nice breakfast room. Cons: Double beds, even though there was adequate space in our room for queens. As is so often the case, lighting could be better. And, compared with prior trips, the place is feeling just a little bit run-down. Elevator was out of order, curtains were shabby, and the exterior vinyl siding seems shot. Makes me wonder if they're gearing up to sell out.

The location, the service, and the friendly staff—it's a welcoming place When I was staying there, the elevator wasn't working.

Needed a place to stay for a long weekend. Location, room cleanliness and parking were great, the rest of the experience was not. The elevator wasn't working, the south building gets lots of car and motorcycle noise at all hours, and the breakfast was not very good (despite what some other reviewers have said). To top it off, we had to get our room key reprogrammed every day because they stopped working and we were never asked for name or ID prior to the key being reprogrammed.

Small complex, which is nice not staying in a large hotel for a change. Con was 2 separate buildings so if you didn't stay in the building with the lobby desk & dining room you had to walk to get to it. Pro of that statement is the rooms are quieter that large hotels. Rooms were more "homey" feeling. Breakfast was good, but served the same items every day for the 4 days we stayed there.

Nice door between sofa bed and main bed.

Elevator wasn't working. It's also getting a little pricey.

Hot breakfast, cookies in the lobby, easy walk to Touchdown Jesus, what more could you want?

This place was so much better than the chain hotel I stayed out the week before. Great breakfast and spacious room.

Spacious rooms, nice common areas and gym, loved the chairs outside, excellent breakfast buffet with homemade burritos and salsa

The television in the bedroom of our suite was broken. Parking was very convenient. The breakfast options were very good with unique pastries and real plates and cutlery, not plastic and paper.
