The Inn at Saint Mary's

Main lobby under construction so temporary area being used. No big deal. Room was recent updated. Simple but clean and nice. Free breakfast was ok.

Expedia should have notified us that the property was undergoing a major renovation and whilst the rooms were complete the rest of the property and amenities were a construction zone.

The Inn at Saint Mary’s is going through a major renovation. I’m sure that in the future it will be amazing but right now it is totally torn up. That was not mentioned anywhere on any of the sites that I looked at. The room was clean but I have asthma and there was construction dust everywhere. I spent a really terrible night with my asthma there on July 2nd. I hope that if you’re going there you will check with them as to how clean it is and what is actually open there.

The Inn at St. Mary's is currently undergoing a major renovation, the focus now being on the lobby area. The current construction impedes foot traffic through the hotel, with some paths through active work during the day. This hotel is my favorite place to stay in South Bend and I look forward to the completion of its renovation projects.

Under construction during our stay. It would be interesting to see the hotel after all constructions are completed. I do like the college theme.

Room was clean and breakfast was good!

I didn't sign up for what I got. The hotel in the photos online looked beautiful and I was really looking forward to it. It may have been beautiful before, and it may be beautiful again one day, but right now it is a big construction zone. It looks like a bomb went off in the lobby. If I knew in advance what was happening, i NEVER would have booked the stay. The room was fine and mostly quiet, but the rest was not fine and not worth it.

Only complaints-- the AC unit hummed loudly all night long and the door handle from the bathroom fell off.

The two story lobby was under construction which was a little inconvenient but overall it was a great place to stay.

Typical hotel breakfast. Should have bananas though. Orange juice was pretty bad. Rest was ok. Need more seating. We stood in corner to eat.

The grounds were wonderful to walk my dog on, so peaceful!

Lovely place. Under construction, so parts were makeshift. But the rooms were newly renovated, clean, and comfortable.
