Quality Inn South Bend Near Notre Dame

Amazing staff; modern, spacious rooms. Clean and good breakfast.

Rooms were absolutely NASTY. Our first room had greasy handprints on the headboard and phone, grease spots on the comforter with food bits (we assume), a splatter on the window curtain, and a missing smoke detector. Also had a terrible odor. The 2nd room we got switched to had pee stains on the bed and also smelled terrible, like a thick cologne. Absolutely terrible. Not to mention the trash lining the property and abundance of furniture in the back lot. Hotel should be called "Everything BUT quality inn".

Air conditioner didn't work. Price gouged for home game.

Excellent.

Only place available for the game day weekend but it was rough. Room smelled bad, bathroom and shower was horrible. It didn’t seem like it was even cleaned but the sheets were made. Wouldn’t recommend.

About 1.5 Mike walk to ND campus. Some food options walking distance. Several options for breakfast.

It’s perfect for a short stay; the beds are clean. The restrooms too

Would not honor military discount. Rooms were dirty. Window did not shut the whole way. Construction was taking place outside in hallway. Found nails in the parking lot behind the vehicles. Staff wasn’t friendly.

Hotel was a long walk to Notre Dame stadium

Room was dirty. Towels had stains. Not very appealing

They canceled my reservation before my time of arrival then wanted to charge me double for a room so I left Same as abovs

Under construction with dust and disruption and crap in the halls. I got hit with an undisclosed $50.00 pet fee (reduced to $30 after complaint) although they list "pet friendly". I'd look elsewhere.

Well we walk into the lobby to check in and it was super nice! It looked like it was recently remodeled. The guy at the desk was so helpful, was able to joke around with us and made us feel like we made a good choice staying there. Then we get to the room and it wasn't anything like the lobby. I mean the room was cleaned ok. It was really dated and small. The bathroom was clean but also needed some care. There was a dead roach by the bed.. yuck!! The door had a gap where light was coming in. But we needed sleep, so we stayed.

Nice breakfast. Clean. Perfect for a quick stay.

Hotel was under construction, open food and garbage in the halls right at side entrance to get in. No elevators, bathroom sink and tub dirty. Complained and asked for refund and management never got back to me. It was deplorable, and it had a odor. It shouldve have been disclosed by your site that tbe hotel was under construction

Did not eat Electrical outlets had no cover at the air conditioner. Workers were remodeling and making noise till 8 o’clock at night. Need a better toilet. Overspray on woodwork and different areas of the room. The room smelled of fresh paint. Exterior doors did not lock properly. The coffee pot in the room was not operational.
