Quality Inn South Bend Near Notre Dame

It was aight

The property was under construction with dangerous materials throughout the hallways, strange men coming and going, the smell of marijuana inside, loud bangs all night long, people hanging out in the hall way in the middle of the night. It felt unsafe. I could go on. Fortunately we arrived at night and left first thing in the morning. We skipped showers because it was so gross in the bathroom with moldy grout. We also had to pay a $30 pet “cleaning fee” for our non shedding, very quiet and clean 20 lb cockapoo, which felt wrong considering how disgusting the property was. Don’t believe the photos!

It was ok for the price, but a little out dated the bathroom. Could use some upgrades in the room.

Only stay here as a last ditch effort. The "quality" is not really there.

Mold in bathroom showers, so-so clean in room, window blind was broke, and remote control for TV wasn’t in the room, no way to use the TV. Just needs to be renovated, only thing that was “clean” was the Lobby area.

Breakfast was so horrible we ordered in from elsewhere. We were unable to take a breakfast plate to our room without being charged a fee. No extra towels were allowed. Wifi didn't work. Very loud hallways/doors. Did not live up to the websites reviews.

My hotel room bathroom had mold in the shower. The bathroom was extremely dirty. They didn't want to move me. They told me they couldn't switch me Because I was gone. They won't refund my money even after me telling them I would not stay in the room. They got air fresheners in the middle of the hallway Trying to mask the Smell when the whole hotel smells horrible. The breakfast area was extremely nasty. Food spilt all over everywhere. The lady that was assisting me was touching The food with her hands and talking on her cellphone as she was fixing breakfast. The Food service area was also Filthy. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND A STRAY DOG TO STAY THERE!!!

It was satisfactory for an inexpensive stay. Unfortunately there were a lot of people in the halls around 3 am that were very noisy and lasted a couple hours.

Very good hotel

2 night stay. Vent in the bathroom leaked water. They only clean and replace towels and blankets once every 3 days. Paying this much I would expect better upkeep in the rooms. Won't stay again.

The furnace had used tobacco pouches thrown in it. There was dirt and dust at bottom of refrigerator. Other quests screaming all night. Parking lot with tents and fireworks going off.

The Hotel is Clean and well maintained. The room was clean and spacious, wifi was great. It was a 2 day stay with my partner and if we're in this area again we will definitely stay here again.

Close to downtown and restaurants.

A cheap option near the freeway with an ok breakfast. Weird smell in the hallways (likely air freshener to cover up the smell of the weed that the guests there smoke.) There is no elevator and they tried to put us on the second floor before letting us know that. Towels were clean but stained. Needs some TLC and updates.

Very old through out, no elevators, partially renovated rooms, shower is not renovated, ceiling had mold, there were bugs and flies. A lot of young of university guys, they were super loud and obnoxious all night and people outside in the parking lot were loud as well. Would not stay here again.

Nothing Unsafe location, and hotel. Smoke detectors removed or covered with plastic. Air conditioner didnt work. Window seal breached and a large hole to outside. No elevator. Forced to move to a new hotel
