Musty smell in the hallway and rooms. Also I booked the room to pay at check in and they ran my card for the entire amount due before anyone even checked in. This was booked for a friend of mine and they were to pay at check in with their credit card. The hotel was not advised to run this charge in full PRIOR to check in. I have never had this problem with booking.com the hotel ALWAYS abides when I choose "pay at checkin" They then had to pay me back and I was upset because it over drafted my checking account because I was not expecting $600 to come out of my account! This left a bad taste in my mouth with the hotel. Although staff was nice, I would not book again.

Breakfast was good. Front desk staff was great! The room and hallways had a musty smell. It was just ok, thankfully I was only there at night for sleeping. I reserved a one bedroom suite with a king bed. When we arrived and enter the room the bed was a double/queen when I went to front desk the employee told me that their wasn’t any other room. And that when I made the reservation they changed it to a queen bed without notifying me. But I was charged as if I had a king bed and no credit was received. I should receive a credit for this.

Property was very comfortable and close off the highway. Nice to have happy hour with appetizers and beverages when we arrived. Breakfast was pretty bad- eggs were like rubber.

The room was clean. We had an issue with the AC so it was warm and struggled to get it to kick on. Once we got it to work it was comfortable but seemed to revert back in the middle of the night and was warm again. We did ask the front desk and when no one came up we messed with to get the air working. We did update them that it was somewhat working and should have it looked at before the next person.

I booked through Expedia, and chose this location because they had a pool and hot tub. To my surprise there isn’t a pool or hot tub. The clerk said it was turned into a game room. I also booked a king bed and got what seemed to be a full size bed. I was very disappointed, I came from out of state for a few days, to attend a cubs game.

the room was not from what I reserve so I was very disappointment in the room.

Great pool for kida

My family and I arrived at the hotel at about 10:45-11:00PM on the night of 6/12 only to be told at the front desk that the hotel was sold out and our room had been given out and there was no room for us. It felt like a prank except it wasn't. We spent the night calling one hotel after another and nothing was available up to an hour travelling distance away from South Bend. This was a disastrous night because my daughter had to get sleep so she could go for an important event at the Notre Dame University the following morning on which her admission to the university was critical. We spent a majority of the night, homelessly traveling in our rental vehicle through the night. I am still in shock from the event. The staff were very apologetic and really tried hard to help us find another accommodation for the night and to that fact I am very grateful. The actions of the staff, Emily in particular was very refreshing and restored my faith in mankind.

The bathroom needed some help, bathroom sink did not drain well. The toilet paper holder pulled out of the wall and bathtub was stained. Expected more from a Hilton property.

We were very pleased with our stay.

2 bedroom was really nice and roomy!
