Wi-Fi didn’t work No hot water No housekeeping Front desk staff were idiots

Good stay room was clean staff were good

our hotel was a comfort suites in south bend indiana.we had a great time at the hotel. we had come from virginia so the beds were very welcome the hotel very clean and the breakfast they served was very good

I have never seen such a clean, well-maintained pool! And the water actually was a very comfortable temperature. There were TWO elevators and a very conveniently-placed ice machine. Oh, the hot breakfast items were well-monitored, and there were plenty of other choices. Our stay was made easier, as we were given a larger room at no extra charge. This place was definitely well worth the cost and I will certainly stay there again.

Dirty shower, dirty toilet, shower head didn’t work. NO JACUZZI!!! Despite the promotion photos!! The pool was chopped and dirty. Green algae everywhere. Disgusting elevator floors. Walls aren’t fully painted. Asked for a refund to go to another hotel and they called the cops on us!!!!!! WORST HOTEL IVE EVER BEEN IN

Interior is beat up, scarred. Sheets were thin, mattress uncomfortable, furniture worn. Seemed fairly clean. Staff friendly but maybe not enough of them to stay on top of things. Never saw more than one on duty.

Easy off easy on to the highway. Plenty of places within walking distance to eat or grab coffee. They did offer a continental breakfast but I am an early riser and did not stay long enough to check it out.

Our room was next to the elevator which I was initially concerned about but once inside the room you could not really hear it which was a nice surprise. The room itself was clean and the bed and bathroom were fine Overwhelming fragance/scent when first entering the hotel felt like from upholstery cleaning or overdose of febreeze. Corridor leading to elevators had not been vacuumed, visible signs of construction/renovation debris, elevator floors were dirty and walls/doors had not been cleaned. Stale smell just inside the entrance to the room. AC unit was very loud when blowing which made it difficult to hear the TV. Bathroom offered tiny complementary toiletries.

Room had a pretty bad termite problem. Kept swatting them off the bed, and there was a bunch of dead ones already waiting for me on the window sill as soon as I first walked in. So didn’t do too good of a job cleaning the room before I checked in. Also, the door that connects the adjacent room was really messed up. The deadbolt was barely hanging on by a thread and it would not latch because of that. Not bad enough to not stay there again, I know it’s a cheap room. But they should definitely get an exterminator in there. Sleeping with termites in your bed is not fun.

The room was beyond nasty. It smelled horrible, because they were busy we failed to request a clean room. Big mistake. It was a torturous 2 days in a filthy room. One tiny bar of soap for 2 people. Bed lines didn’t look like they had been changed. Carpet was disgusting. Room was hot, from previous guests leaving the heat on. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my enemy . I would never stay in such a dive again, nor would I recommend it to others. If i could give it zero stars i would!!

Close to food and college Hotel is under repair on all floors, looks pretty sketchy in the hallways. Room was good.

Friendly and attentive

Location The other guest at the hotel were loud and acted juvenile despite being adults. I didn’t use the pool or the gym or even go to the free breakfast just to stay away.

Nice location, clean rooms , good breakfast Nothing

The location was excellent, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast had a good variety of options. Unfortunately, the rest of our stay was disappointing. The pet-friendly side of the hotel had a horrible odor, and when I brought it to the front desk’s attention, I was told it was just the cleaning spray, but the smell never went away. There was also no hot water during our stay. The window in our room was cracked, and although I reported it, I was only told it would be noted. The bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work, and the lights flickered constantly. While the location and staff were great, the condition of the room made for a poor overall experience.
