Comfort Suites University Area Notre Dame - South Bend

The room was clean, there were a few burnt out lightbulbs, but overall very satisfied. Hotel is currently having several updates done which is nice.

Very good

EVERY ASPECT IS TERRIBLE... - MANAGEMENT - HOUSEKEEPING -MANTAINCE -BUILDING UPKEEP

The location was good Our room was not throughly looked over and cleaned. We found previous items in the room that were unsafe for my children and ourselves. night shift were not able to do anything for us and said " ill leave a note" by morning they only took 20 off each night but never offered a new room or any other accommodations. We took pictures to have proof.

Breakfast was okay and location was good The room to be better clean , bathroom was not Clean good enough , bed sheets were dirty , pull out bed did not have a cover and there was no extra sheets in the room

What we expected It was fine. Nothing to complain about.

hair on comforter and when pulled back, not only more hair but the perfect impression of a sleeping person down the middle of the unchanged sheets. All non-refundable at game weekend 4x pricing...I was offered "another room". We ended up in a Hilton 14 miles away from campus that saved the day. We aren't even hoity-toity... a clean Motel 6 or roadside motel is no problem but this place was abysmal. Absolute worst hotel experience ever.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Shower drained a little slow.

This hotel needs a complete makeover/renovation. Amenities, facilities are too old and not properly maintained or cleaned. Staff were nice to deal with but that doesn’t masked the uncleanliness of the hotel.

I get it: you’re here because you’re going to ND or at a camp. Assuming you have other choices, take them. This place blows. Horribly maintained. Sad. Mad employees. Just regrettable. Travel a bit farther for something better if you must.

Pleasantly surprised when we arrived there was a set up in the lobby with a "game day" sheet cake with fruit, beverages and assorted grab and go candy. Front desk personal was very friendly. A shuttle service came by on game day to take us to and from the stadium for a reasonable fee. However, bathroom toilet could have been cleaned better.

It was close to everything I needed. I specifically got a superior king suite room for the upgraded tub or shower. I sent a message asking for a room with the jetted tub. Never got a response. The first room didn’t have a tub, the second room had a wet floor from the air conditioner, and the third room — the tub didn’t even turn on when I was finally ready to use it. Very very disappointing.

I didn’t stay and it looked like the reviews said they never give refunds so I had to cancel and lose my money Na

Great staff. Good breakfast. Hotel was old but trying to update

Bed was TERRIBLE.. Light switches not working and one's that did were hidden on furniture...

Your staff at this location are wonderful…. It smelled so bad….. lots of pot/weed smells…. People were cooking in their rooms … this hotel smelled all of the time … Our bathroom was moldy. Breakfast was decent. Way too much money for the condition of the property. Old carpet and just overall a very unclean hotel. Kids had fun in the pool. Breakfast was just okay not great.

Great value for money. Nice breakfast, Spacious and renovated rooms.

The front desk staff will give you towels and sheets. They’re friendly when you check in. Housekeeping is a disaster. The sheets were used and filthy! How lazy are these people?

This hotel's best days are behind it and we will seek other options next time.

It’s a franchise owner.
