Do not stay here.

Do not recommend at all

Finally, the fire alarm went off 3 times from 7pm to midnight. All 3 were attributed to people smoking in their room. I do not blame this on management as the person at the front desk was very clear to me that smoking was not permitted and that the room alarms were tied to the whole system. Overall - a very long night.

Nake sure you check in before 8 or you'll be looking for a room somewhere else! Check the fine print. Front desk is only open till 8pm

I was disappointed by my stay. The reviews seemed positive, but when I checked in, I found the room to be dirty. There was dirt on the floor, stains on the sheets, and crumbs. It looked like the sheets may not have been changed. The staff was helpful in switching rooms, but upon getting into the second room, I noticed the shower was broken. I was moved into a third room, which was acceptable, but the whole situation made me feel uncomfortable about the hotel. The front end staff was helpful, but it appears cleaning and maintenance staff are not.

Very poor

Drawers were broken, someone used room before check in and left hair shavings in bathroom sink, cabinets dirty, chair stained, no extra toilet paper, no plastic cups, fridge not stable and cobbled, fridge did not properly cool.

At the time I booked my reservation I was a registered sex offender, but I am no longer.I didn’t like the fact that booking.com didn’t have any disclosures about sex offender’s offenses upon booking with the hotel. Upon my checking in the hotel only disclosed the fact that they do not allow sex offenders staying in their hotel. I had already signed in and paid for the room. Now, the hotel is not refunding me my money that I paid through your website. Because of your lack of disclosures and the hotels I am out my payment! This is why the bad rating.

We stayed only for 2 nights. The second day we had 3 different instances of the fire alarm going off and having to evacuate - including at 3am. There was urine and vomit in the halls that were not cleaned until morning, black mold and water damage on the ceiling of our room, and the bed sounded like it might collapse any time I or my partner rolled over in bed.

Never stay at this extended stay unless you are recently released from prison and you have no other choices. Absolutely the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. Upon entering my first room I was greed with human waste in a clogged toilet. I demanded another room. Within two minutes of occupying a different room, someone pulled the fire alarm. The second room had no sheets on the bed. Most importantly, there was a feeling of imminent danger. I thought I could be robbed in the hallway or elevator. I slept with a fabric chair against my door, followed by a rolling desk chair, and a garbage can to alert me of any intruders. I was a fool to be lured in by low prices. I stayed only 10 hours in the hotel and I am thankful I was not murdered. NEVER, EVER, stay at this hotel if you have a choice. The "extended stay" advertisement suggested to me that business executives on assignment might stay there during there business trip. I was wrong. As a lawyer, I have to admit I was foolish to stay there. The next night I stayed at the Marriot.

My stay here was perfectly fine, but nothing to write home about. On the positive side, the room was very clean and the front desk staff were polite when I checked in. On the negative side, the Wi-Fi was painfully slow and kept dropping its connection. It is an okay choice if you just need a standard place to sleep, but it feels a bit overpriced for what you actually get.

Walk on the floors with your socks on. They would be black floors, need to be mopped.\n Fire alarms going off constantly.\n The whole place smelt of marijuana.

I like the way Brittany cleaned my room

DONT HAVE SHAMPOO, NO COFFEE POT IN ROOM, NO DISPOSABLE CUPS, NO CLOSET, ROOMS ARE CLEAN BUT VERY WORN AND USED. NO NIGHT CLERK. FIRE ALARM WENT OFF AT 11:30 PM. REGULARS SAID THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME. NEXT ROOM CONNECTED TO OURS GOT TIRED OF HEARING THE FIRE ALARM AND TRIED TO DISARM IT. THIS RESULTED TO THERES CONTINUING TO GO OFF ALL NIGHT AND INTO THE MORNING. I CALLED AFTER 9 AM WHEN STAFF ARRIVED. WOULDN'T DISCOUNT OR REFUND ANY OF OUR MONEY.
