Claimed not to have my reservation, despite showing them the email confirmation I had received three days prior. Would not give me a room. Probably a blessing in disguise. While I was dealing with front desk attendant, one guest came in and canceled her stay because her room was dirty when she arrived, and another guest indicated that he had no toilet paper or towels in the room he had just checked into. Total dump.

No smoke detector, no hot water, no soap, plugs didn’t work properly. Blinds barely closed. The room was “clean” as it seemed like it was just finished being half remodeled.

Absolute dump. We were hesitant about even leaving our cars parked in the parking lot. The pictures of the property online look like AI generated versions of the sad reality of real life. We ended up booking a different hotel down the street. If you get fooled and book a room here, they will keep your money and not offer any kind of refund when you show up in person to see this scam of a property.

The hotel has changed names it is no longer OYO its Suburban studios. I wasnt informed of this change til I attempted to check in. They had no reservation for me and my family.

Not a thing, my reservation was cancelled with no notice an my card was charged for it. I want a refund How can you like or not like something if you don't stay there an they still take ur money

They canceled my stay within 48 hours of the reservation, leaving me high and dry for a place to stay. They did not offer help in finding another place to stay. I have contacted them several times, but still have not received my money back. Booking contacted them, but it didn’t help, and they did not reimburse me either.

Bed comfort was unsatisfactory. There was decent food restaurants nearby

Nothing Dead bugs on floor añd and on window sill, couldn't watch tv no signal, bed uncomfortable bathroom light not working

It is homeless shelter.i didn't stay.need my money back.poor customer service. Give my money back

The only good thing about this hotel is the location When we got to the room the room smelled like dog the rooms did not look like the pictures that they posted online the TV did not work and it was so much damage to the room it wasn't even livable to live in or stay the night so we did not stay there we checked out right away I'm asking for a full refund back and the showers were very filthy the toilet was very filthy the sinks were filthy and the doors and the curtains were hanging up by tape. Just please give me my money back

Extremely disappointed in this property. Currently trying to get a refined. Property was a mess no sign for the hotel drinking and obnoxious people in the parking lot. My room appeared tampered with after I left and returned my bed was unmade I hadn’t even been in the bed. I packed up and left there was no one at the desk so I left my key. DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel for anyone.

TV didn't work. Door frame broke and left unrepaired. Windows were filthy. Noise.

Absolutely nothing The room was absolutely awful beds were messed up not made. Trash on floors, holes in walls. Floors nasty, refrigerator smelled awful and so much more. We didn't stay. We walked in the room and immediately left and booked another room. Price was absolutely ridiculous for suck a rundown place. As soon as we pulled on we got bad vibes. Just overall a very bad experience

The grounds were trashy… the appearance of the hotel was trashy… the room furniture was trashy… dirty towel on a shelf, remote didn’t go to the tv (we learned this after having the batteries replaced), tv would not stay turned on… one set of towels for two guests… the pics in the ad looked nothing whatsoever like the room or hotel or the description. The service was also trashy. The office was locked so it could be used to live in I guess— we had to go to the window. Got one key for two guests. When I turned in my key, the man was sleeping on the couch in the locked office. I asked for a receipt 3 times and what I got was a nonsense slip of paper with a nonsense amount written on it. Not a receipt in any way. The man clearly did not want to deal with me. I will never trust OYO hotels again.
