Just what was needed to move in my son to start college.

Very nice

Would like a 25% refund on my room. The first room we were put in the air conditioner did not work. We had to switch rooms and the gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating to move us however it was an inconvenience after driving so long to arrive and be assigned a room that was not in full working order and having to move around again.

They have a small pool and gym

Eric at the front desk was absolute amazing. He was so friendly and kind. He gave my daughter who is enrolling in University of Notre Dame much encouragement and kind words. He made the whole experience for neverous parents and new student away from home much better. He also upgrade us from a 2-beds guest room to a 2-bed suite. Thank you for everything.

Great experience, stayed for 2 nights. Did not have the breakfast, but it looked appealing and clean!

Front desk staff terrific. Room clean and spacious. Breakfast above average.

We liked the central location and closeness to the airport! Plenty of places to eat nearby plus continental breakfast. Beds were clean and cozy. Plenty of hot water! Suites with kitchens available!

The first key to our room they gave us was for another couple. I had the unfortunate experience of walking in on them. Plus the pool was out of order. We did not know that when we booked.

Pool was closed for the entire trip

The lounge was really nice. Staff was friendly, pool wasn’t open just yet, but all other amenities were open and working just fine.

Rosie was the bomb she helped me find my way around the city and find food.

Breakfast had many options. Waffles were good. Desk staff was very friendly. They were very full on the weekend. We came in a day early then planned. So we had to make 2 reservations. They allow us to stay in the first room for the duration of both reservations. This was very nice of them. We were grateful not to have to move our things.

Great place to stay for a stopover.

The carpet in our room was very dirty, so much so that our feet were black with dirt which came off in surprising amounts when we took our showers.

There were two people behind counter. Very nice, but process was slow.

Lady at the front desk was very sweet and made us feel welcomed. Loved the proximity to everything too. Would definitely stay here again!
