The hotel was clean and beds were comfortable.

My room was damp and smelled musty

For what the hotel was charging per night (over $500) everything should be in better condition.

This was our first time staying here and it's super cute! The only reason I gave 3 stars was because of breakfast the next morning. They have a free continental breakfast and when we came down for breakfast, every single counter was dirty. Cereal, empty coffee creamers, milk waffle mix and other items. There were 3 employees hanging out by the check-in desk. They were drinking coffee and talking. Not one of them went by the breakfast counter to clean it up or look for refills. Finally, a young man came out and took care of everything. Maybe it wasn't their job to clean the breakfast area but it did not leave a good impression.

Location. The room had dirty, old carpet. The motel property is at least five years past a total remodeling of the rooms, flooring walls and plumbing fixtures. It’s obvious that this property bought the motel from a chain and put no money into it. There was mold above the window area that had been there for a long time (room 108). The elevator did not work and was next to our room. The room was so unclean we left after eating fast food. We didn’t spend more than a hour before driving home. The property was misrepresented on line. It is a dive. Being charged $500 a night is a crime even for ND game days.

We stayed here 2 years ago and our stay was fine…new ownership had a lot to work on. Asked manager for some kind of compensation for above mentioned problems and she said that is the standard for the room. Sorry but we will not stay here again unless changes are made.

Breakfast was average. Not all rooms are suites in spite of what the website says. Our regular room was clean and all needs were met. Outdoor patio area is very nicely arranged. Plenty of seating.

I booked a suite and paid for 2 nights. Got there, they had me a standard room. Could not refund the difference of the suite that I asked for. after they already sent a confirmation statement saying that my room was ready. Also, there was a leak from room above Causing severe water damaged to TV, sheet rock and carpet.I would like a refund or at least the difference between suite and two queen bed room.

The staff was super helpful and we really enjoyed the stay! Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

was subpar.Our room needed serious upgrades. The shower was unusable

We had them hold our bags since the room wasn’t ready. Our medication was stolen. They also put a hold of $100 on our rooms and only issued back a credit of $91.50. We didn’t use anything and was only in the room for 10 hours. There should have been no extra fees. The most upsetting is that they stole our medication, this is something I cannot even fathom someone doing.
