I would stay here again. Friendly staff. Good location. The only difficulty we had was getting our roomed cleaned. We had to call several times during the week we were there to get our roomed cleaned. It was finally cleaned the day before we left. But overall, good location, friendly staff, good breakfast.

What a great spot. We truly enjoyed ourselves. Fun and clean and attentive staff!

The room itself was nice. The large bathroom and extra walk in closet was helpful. I appreciated the selection of weights in the workout room. We requested adjoining rooms. When I called the hotel the morning of our arrival to confirm our reservation, I was told there was only 1 room on site that had adjoining rooms, so I requested to have rooms close together. We were granted that, but only because I advocated for our group. One of the rooms door lock needed to have the batteries changed. We needed to have our keys reactivated every day because they wouldn't work. The 1st day I mentioned it needed new batteries, but was told it was probably just that the key got too close to my phone. On our final day, after breakfast, we ended up being locked out again, and this time the front desk staff said they would use their master key to let us in. That also didn't work, and at that point I was told that there was no maintenance staff on site on the weekends. They literally left me stranded in the hallway. Thankfully my kids were able to go into the other room we had reserved while I was waiting. Maintenance finally showed up, and he too could not get the door to unlock. Again, I was just left in the hallway when he walked away without saying anything to me. I still had a key that was not working, so I tried it a few more times while I waited, and it finally unlocked. All to find out the issue was that the lock needed new batteries. The morning of check out, I checked my bank account and found that we had been double charged for the rooms. When I went to the front desk to address the situation, the staff entered a few things and said it would all be good. 15 minutes later, there was another charge to my bank account. Needless to say the last day really made our experience incredibly frustration and disappointing. Breakfast was okay, nothing fancy, but the typical free breakfast. The unfortunate part is that food was not always replenished, therefor we did not have many options. Our rooms both had light bulbs that needed to be replaced, and we did not have all the necessary bedding for the trundle bed.

I had a room reserved for over a month for 2 queen beds. When I arrived they only had rooms with kings left. There were 3 of us!! We had to wait for them to find a room at another hotel, 15 minutes away. The young lady, who was the clerk, tried so hard to help. Her manager on the phone was the one that wasn't as helpful.

I stayed 5 nights and my room was never cleaned. I had to ask for fresh towels everyday and emptied my trash. The front desk noted to have my room cleaned buy never happened.

Close to Notre Dame Bathroom had no ADA compliance. Don’t all bathrooms require a grab bar? My mom could not get off the toilet. It was traumatic for her

MY ROOM WAS CLEAN AND WELL ORGANIZED. THE STAFF WAS COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL . BREAKFAST CHOICES WERE AMAZING AND PARKING WAS FREE. I CONSIDER THIS A WIN WIN SITUATION

I booked a double bed room, and when I checked in they gave my room away. The staff tried sending us to one room, and said “it may or may not be clean but if not just come down and get a different room”. It was an accessible room with only one bed. I came back down and they offered two single rooms or another room with one bed and a couch. I asked if the couch was a pull out sofa and they responded with “if you put the cushions on the ground it is”. Luckily they offered a discount, but the room was booked a month in advance.

This hotel was really nice for the price and their target market. Everything around the hotel was very clean and well maintained. The mattress was a little hard for my taste, but it was OK. The room was large, and the bathroom was very nice. The breakfast was a step above the typical hotel breakfast, with a nice variety of items that were all very fresh.

Good breakfast and plenty of free parking. Easy and safe walking distance to fast food for a late-night snack. No hand soap at the bathroom sink. You had to reach into the shower for a pump of soap. Nice room. I would stay here again.

Clean room comfortable

Springhill Suites should reflect the Marriott standards. This one did not. There were multiple broken handles in my room. The door latch to the room was also not working properly., and I had to manhandle it every time I opened or closed the door. The "pool" was not much larger that a jacuzzi and the water was frigid. The breakfast was cheap and not well made. Watery eggs. Undercooked bacon. Coffee was far too "Bold" and bitter. Overall, the experience was highly disappointing, and I will not repeat it. Do better.

Quiet location near Notre Dame and highway. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed and pillow. Stay one night perfectly. The swimming pool is very small though. Parking is plenty.
