Toilet was dirty and several light was broken

Wifi didn't work TV didn't get a connection could not watch. No wash clothes in bathroom

The staff was kind and helpful. I'm unsure if the non-smoking rooms were cleaner, but our room was far below the cleanliness standards I am accustomed to.

The room was dirty. It was the same room. I stayed in previously and can tell that they did not clean the room. The sheets had spots on them the shower had hair on the walls. The toilet would not flush when I called the manager to ask for a discount or another room he lied and said he had no rooms available though it was showing rooms available online and refused and said my room was already in a discounted rate. I would not advise anybody to stay at this property not unless you are extremely desperate.

Still waiting on my refund due to I was physically eaten on by these things and so was my dog. Will be calling again and then im calling the health department.

We left early to go to another lodging.

Nothing Everything

Not what I assumed from the picture or the description. No breakfast offered TV did not work, microwave was not plugged in, could not turn the air conditioner to a comfortable temp. I turned air conditioner off. Door to room was very questionable, didn't feel safe. Saw what looked like mold in the closet area.

I like the location. The limited TV channels. The faulty wiring in the bathroom.

I had to deep cleannnnnn the room, roaches everywhere, tub black as hell, dirty towels and bed. Food left in the freezer, it was disguising, I didn’t stay the full stay. 😒👎👎👎👎👎

The property looks nothing like the pictures on the website. There are no instructions about checkout or anything else in the rooms. They advertise available WiFi, however the WiFi does not have internet connection and is unsecured. There was no remote control for the TV and when they delivered the remote control I could only get about 3 channels that didn't react like satelite TV during a storm.

Four, horrible.

Microwave was rusty and food in door seal.... Room was dirty, sheets has cigarette burns.

Nothing Everything

Cleanliness was awful. The bed covers were stained from what appeared to be grease. Pillows and towels had an odor. Had to rinse out bathtub before I could shower. No cable in that room. And the tv remote didn’t work on the tv. Turned it on manually and went through all channels, nothing. Tv was not mounted, instead it was propped up against the wall. Pictures attached to show what I experienced. The picture with all the white stuff was underneath the upside down ice bucket. Also the freezer had so much ice in it you couldn’t use it if you wanted to. In need of a serious defrost. Personally wish I could be refunded. I will never, ever stay at this property and I’m extremely aggravated that I paid almost $90 to stay in this dump.
